Heresy - Antidotum Espresso 252g

Manufacturer: HERESY

Roasting date: 03.08.2026

Some 75% of all coffee produced in the world comes from Brazil, the vast majority being commercial grand blends from around the region. In the world of speciality coffee, we have to deal with those as well. That's why we created the Antidote, a coffee that is an antidote to the flood of santos, cerrados, and other coffees, that are far from transparent and demonstrating the producer's role in the whole process. This is for fans of the classics who do not let go of quality. For those who value true fair trade. The first classic brazil in our range!Specialty quality bean coffee, roasted at Heresy roastery by the 2020 Roasting Runner-up. Dark roast, designed for espresso, café or cup brewing.  A profile with a classic Brazilian flavour, with nut and chocolate notes, in the highest quality.Country: BrazilProducer: 20 members of San Coffee CooperativeFarm: San CoffeeVarietal: mundo novo, topazio, catuaiProcessing: naturalAltitude: 900 - 1200 m a.s.l.PROCESSING20 manufacturers, the same natural processing technique calibrated between them. Thanks to close cooperation and rigid standards, each lot is processed and dried in an almost identical manner.THE FARMSan Coffee is a rarity in Brazil. Most co-operatives in the country are made up of hundreds or thousands of producers, whose role is often limited to just supplying the coffee, nothing else. San Coffee is made up of only 20 producers who also own the company, with equally distributed shares of 5% each. We have been working with them since the very beginning of Heresy, presenting fruity microlots like Taquaral, Campo Alegre and Samambaia. This time it's time for the classic product of their work!ROASTER'S COMMENTIn the cup as classically as possible. Acidity practically invisible, shadow work. Chocolate and nuts in the liquid form. You know what I mean!PACKAGINGThe coffee is packed in a brown jar made of PET, 100% recyclable or reusable. In case you're thinking "oh no, plastic!", bear in mind that standard coffee packaging is also made of plastic (and a few other materials, making it often harder to recycle). We also thought about glass, but it's heavier, more expensive, breakable and, wait for it, has the same or greater (sic!) environmental impact! A plastic jar turns out to be pretty eco-friendly, just remember to put it in the right container, or find a creative way to reuse it at home.Store in a cold and dry space.
Hi! Coffeedesk - Esko Espresso 1 kg

Manufacturer: HI! COFFEEDESK

Roasting date: 11.06.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Brazil and Peru roasted at HAYB. Dark roast, perfect for espresso machines and moka pots.  In the cup, you can expect hints of milk chocolate, hazelnut, cocoa, caramel, stone fruits and citrus fruits.Origin: Brazil / PeruRegion: Mogiana / Chanchamayo, Villa Rica, Pichanaki, SatipoFarm: Santa Rita Rodrigo de Freitas Silva / NegrisaVariety: Mundo Novo, Red Catuai, TypicaProcessing: Natural / WashedAltitude: 1000–1200 m a.s.l.ESKO! is a blend based on Brazilian Mogiana. It does most of the work here: providing chocolate, nut, sweetness, and a calm body. An espresso classic. Without edgy acidity. Without pretending that morning coffee needs to be a research project.ABOUT THE COFFEEThe Brazil comes from the Mogiana region and is naturally processed. In the blend, it is responsible for the base: milk chocolate, hazelnut, cocoa, and a smooth profile. Peru Negrisa, making up 20% of the mix, adds a bit of freshness. It is a washed Typica, hand-picked and sun-dried, featuring a citric acidity, smooth body, and notes of stone fruits. The result is simple: the espresso is meant to be sweet, full-bodied, and suitable for everyday life, but not flat.ROASTER'S OPINIONESKO! is a coffee for everyday espresso. The kind that is supposed to work in the morning, in the afternoon, and whenever the espresso machine is already waiting and you just don't feel like analyzing life. Brazil provides the foundation: chocolate, nut, and body. Peru throws in a touch of fruit and a cleaner finish. Very good solo. Very good with milk. Straightforward.Store in a dry and cool place.

The brew resembles the flavour of caramel, cocoa and grapes.Origin: NicaraguaRegion: Nueva SegoviaFarm: Ana i Martha AlbirVariety: MaracaturraProcessing: WashedAltitude: 1400 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 87 / 100ABOUT THE REGIONCafetos de Segovia is a project bringing together small-scale coffee producers from the Nueva Segovia region in northern Nicaragua. It is this region, located near the border with Honduras, that is responsible for many of the most highly valued Nicaraguan specialty coffees. The high altitude of the farms, the cool climate, and the long ripening period of the cherries translate into coffees with high sweetness, a clean profile, and great elegance in the cup.The coffees included in this lot come from the El Naranjal, Las Naranjas, and Los Angeles farms. The farmers manage their land under the shade of forest and fruit trees, taking care of biodiversity and soil fertility. Ripe cherries are hand-picked and then subjected to classic washed processing. After fermentation and washing, the coffee is dried for about twelve days under carefully controlled humidity and sun exposure.Behind the project is Cafetos de Segovia, an organization that has for years been helping local producers reach the specialty market directly. It places great emphasis on supply chain transparency, long-term cooperation with farmers, and fair compensation for high quality. Thanks to this, small family farms can focus on producing better and better coffee while preserving the character of the Nueva Segovia region, for which Nicaraguan specialty is famous.ROASTER'S OPINIONMy, what huge beans! Our little Fellow Ode doesn't grind them all right away, but once it is persuaded, miracles happen in the cup. Very elegant, classic, yet so delicious!Store in a cool, dry place.

What we have here is the essence of Rwandan terroir – the cherries ripen on mineral-rich volcanic soils and at impressive altitudes exceeding 2000 meters above sea level. Nova Coffee, in turn, is the washing station and export company owned by Agnes and Felix Mukamushinja, who coordinate the entire enterprise. In 2024, they won first place in the prestigious Best of Rwanda competition with their coffee.ABOUT THE COFFEE BEAN PROCESSING ON THE FARMAll the fruit is harvested by the female producers by hand and with great care – years of practice and training have borne fruit (pun intended) in an extremely selective picking, resulting in perfectly ripe cherries. The lot is processed as a "classic" washed coffee. The fruit undergoes depulping, after which it goes into a tank for over 24 hours where fermentation takes place. This is followed by washing and then straight to drying.ROASTER'S OPINIONIt is no coincidence that we are hosting Bukure for another season in a row – this is a textbook example of a Rwandan coffee pampered at every stage. The essence of the washed coffee profile from this small part of the world.Store in a dry and cool place.

The selected cherries are then placed in sealed, shaded barrels, where they undergo a specialized, 72-hour, dry anaerobic fermentation. By removing oxygen and maintaining strict temperature regulations, this process allows the coffee to develop an incredibly clean acidity and a creamy texture, while preserving the distinctive characteristics of its original terroir. After fermentation, the coffee is carefully removed from the barrels and sorted by hand once again to ensure that only the finest cherries move on to the drying stage. Over the course of 33 days, the beans are dried on raised drying beds that provide optimal airflow. This phase is labor-intensive and strictly controlled; the farmers provide shade in the early morning to prevent heat stress and turn the beans every few hours to ensure uniform moisture loss.Once the coffee reaches a stable moisture level of 12%, it is aged for at least 30 days to stabilize the flavor before the lot is finally sent to the dry mill.V60 RECIPE6 g / 100 mlwater temp: 92°C27 clicksbrew time: 3 - 4 min / 600 mlwater: Kryształ ŻywieckiStore in a cold and dry space.

The crops are situated at an altitude of 1900 to 2200 meters above sea level, and the dominant varieties are Kurume and other local varieties characteristic of this region. The name Harruu Bunnaqaa originates from the Oromo language. "Harruu" means a large shade tree, under which Oromo community meetings traditionally took place, while "Bunnaqaa" is related to sharing coffee. Harruu Bunnaqaa is also a historical site in Guji, where local Oromo leaders would meet to jointly celebrate peace, blessings, and coffee.Coffees from this area stand out for their exceptional complexity and aromatic intensity, resulting primarily from the high altitude of the crops and very fertile soils. COFFEE PLANT - Ethiopia Guji Natural CO2 Decaf Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 27.07.2026

Decaf whole-bean specialty coffee from Ethiopia, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of flowers, honey and citrus fruits.Origin: EthiopiaRegion: GujiProcessing: NaturalMethod of decaffeination: CO2Variety: HeirloomAltitude: 1500-2200 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE REGIONThe Guji region has for years been one of the most valued coffee-growing areas in Ethiopia. The beans come from smallholders whose plantations are located at altitudes ranging from 1,500 to 2,200 meters above sea level. In the shade of native trees, the cherries ripen more slowly, developing the clarity of flavor, floral aromas, and natural sweetness characteristic of this region.ABOUT PROCESSING AND DECAFFEINATIONAfter being processed using the natural method, the coffee underwent decaffeination using carbon dioxide (CO₂). This is one of the gentlest caffeine removal methods, allowing the beans to retain their original character and most of the compounds responsible for taste and aroma. The result is a cup with distinct floral notes, natural sweetness, and citrus freshness – exactly what the best coffees from Guji are known for, just without the caffeine.ROASTER'S OPINIONJust a few years ago, decaf coffee and Ethiopia rarely appeared in the same sentence. Today, you no longer have to choose between your favorite origin and limiting your caffeine intake. Ethiopia Guji Decaf proves that decaffeinated coffee can delight just as much as its classic version – with full flavor, clarity in the cup, and a characteristic origin profile. In the cup, you will find subtle floral notes, the natural sweetness of honey, and the juicy freshness of citrus. It is a light, harmonious, and extremely pleasant composition in which every element perfectly complements the whole. The flavors are clearly defined, but none dominates – instead, they create an elegant, balanced whole. This is one of those coffees where it's easy to forget you're drinking decaf. It doesn't try to impress with intensity or a heavy body. It delights with delicacy, clarity, and natural sweetness, making it great for any time of day. It's a coffee you want to return to – not because it shouts with flavor, but because it leaves behind an exceptionally pleasant memory.Store in a cool, dry place.
