I was warned before traveling to Rwanda—someone from the coffee industry told me that washing stations in this country look neglected and that there is huge chaos. All the washing stations we visited and work with proved this statement wrong. I spent several days in each place and was impressed by the accuracy with which every batch of coffee is processed.
