We deliver across the EU with DPD. Orders over €149 ship free — mainland destinations only. Below that, the cost depends on where your parcel is going; see the rates below.

Delivery times
Most parcels leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. usually ship the same day. Delivery then takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination country.
Where we ship
- All EU countries listed above, delivered by DPD courier.
- We do not ship to the United Kingdom.
- We don't ship outside the EU in retail. For wholesale and B2B orders worldwide, write to [email protected] — customs duties may apply in some countries.
Payment methods

Pay with your credit or debit card. The payment is confirmed straight away, so your order goes into processing immediately.
International wire transfer
After you confirm your order, we'll show you the bank details you need for the transfer, including your individual payment reference.

How long until my order arrives?
Most parcels are dispatched within 24 hours from placing your order. In fact, if an order is placed before 1:00 P.M., it is usually dispatched the same day. It takes 2 to 5 business days to deliver a package, depending on the country of destination. You can check the estimated time using the DPD lead time calculator.
What's the minimum spend for free delivery?
All orders inside EU (mainland only) over 149€ are free of the delivery costs.
What about non-EU orders?
In retail we are operating within European Union and we don’t ship outside the EU. If you are interested in wholesale/B2B purchases worldwide then please contact us at [email protected]. Please be aware of the possible duty costs in some countries.
Are there any additional costs?
Nope, we have nothing to hide! There are no additional payment costs.
