Love for coffee sets new directions in life and drives us to experiencing new cultures, visiting small coffee plantations and searching for brand new flavors. Depending on its origin, each coffee will have a unique flavor. The subtle, full-bodied brew from Lagoa de Morro in Brasil will be quite different than the smooth infusion from San Luis, Salvador. Ethiopian Sidamo beans are rather fragrant, while those from Guatemala have a certain acidity.
Years of practice and searching, numerous trips and a whole lot of knowledge translate into skillful grain selection and flavor combinations, resulting in spectacular Arcaffee blends. However, finding the right grains is just the beginning – it is roasting that brings out all the desired flavors. Each coffee is roasted under a careful eye of the Roast Master, and only then specific blends are created. Experts ensure that grains are roasted to a certain degree, be it light, dark or medium. Unique flavors and aromas contained in coffee during roasting are subsequently released while brewing, resulting in coffees that smell with honey, flowers, chocolate, vanilla and taste with sweet tobacco, chocolate and licorice.

Its unique taste and aroma comes from the unprecedented cocoa content, unusual in drinking chocolate, which is as high as 30%. The beans are an investment in the local community. The coffee has been grown by 120 small producers, associated in a single cooperative. The shrubs are protected in the shade of native forests.
