White Pai Mu Tan tea by HAYB. Traditional Chinese white tea produced in small quantities in the south-eastern part of Fujian. It gives an infusion with a fresh aroma and a smooth, velvety taste. Pai mu Tan white tea is perfect after meals or as a light afternoon tea. It is also known as Bai Mu Dan and White Peony. The leaves are green in colour, with light, silvery buds. The infusion is clear, green and yellow in color. The taste is full, smooth, delicate and floral. You can brew it several times - we recommend two or three brewings. Ingredients: white leaf tea (100%).

Różana Pogoda (Rose Weather) is ahead of us. A sunny day filled with warmth and beautiful aromas. From the early morning, a gentle fragrance of Pai Mu Tan white tea and freeze-dried pear will fill the air. In the afternoon, the fragrance of rose and peach flowers will add warmth to the atmosphere, creating plenty of pleasant weather moments. In the evening, a mild and moderate breeze will be felt on the leaves of lemon balm. The air pressure is slowly rising, and the conditions are favorable. It’s going to be a good day. APPLICATION: • Hot brews for drinking • A base for lemonades BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: 1 teaspoon of loose leaf (approx. 1.3 g) + 250 ml of water at 80-90°C, steep for 4 minutes with a cover. For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of loose leaf. After brewing, separate the tea from the leaves. Extending the brewing time may result in bitterness.
