At ROST, we strive to ensure that our actions genuinely align with the principles of sustainable development. We take care to make every aspect of our operations as gentle on the planet as possible—from the origin and sourcing of our beans to delivering coffee to your homes and cafés. We source only the highest-quality coffee from selected importers who share our values. Our packaging and labels are fully compostable, and the coffees we pack are roasted in a fully electric Stronghold roaster powered by renewable energy. In July 2025, we opened a café combined with a coffee roastery in Warsaw’s Grochów district, where you can enjoy our coffee and watch the roaster at work.

Whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Rwanda, roasted by ROST from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of raspberry, dates and black tea.Country: RwandaRegion: Gatsibo DistrictFarm: SmallholdersProcessing: WashedVarietal: Red BourbonAltitude: 1550 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 86 / 100ABOUT THE COFFEEThis Rwanda is unique for two reasons. First, Humure is one of the few washing stations in the country managed one hundred percent by women. Second, the Red Bourbon trees here, thanks to the shade from papaya and banana trees, mature more slowly, gaining much more sweetness. In the cup, you will experience a medium-intense raspberry acidity, balanced by a sweetness reminiscent of dates. All of this is enclosed in a light, tea-like body.ROASTER'S OPINIONThis year's harvest from Rwanda surprised me with a very clean sensory profile – intense raspberries, the sweetness of dates, and a tea-like body. A great, refreshing coffee for warm days.Store in a cold and dry space.
Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by ROST roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of lavender, grapefruit and earl grey tea.Country: ColombiaRegion: Buesaco, Nariño, ColombiaFarm: Huver Castillo, El PaseoProcessing: Anaerobic WashedAltitude: 1800 m a.s.l.Variety: CaturraCupping score: 89 / 100ABOUT THE COFFEEBefore you is a coffee that instantly became our biggest surprise on this year's cupping table! Meet Colombia El Paseo – an exceptional lot from Huver Castillo. Huver, a former mathematics teacher, now applies that same precision and passion for innovation to the processing methods on his family farm, situated on the steep slopes overlooking the Buesaco valley. This coffee is an absolute bomb of lavender and Earl Grey that is addictive from the very first sip. The unique profile of these Caturra variety beans is the result of meticulous work. The cherries first undergo a 36-hour pre-fermentation, and then, after pulping, they go into sealed anaerobic tanks for as long as 6 days, where the addition of enzymes allows their full potential to be unlocked.ROASTER'S OPINIONThis coffee is my favorite offering in our lineup. The intensely noticeable Earl Grey, citrus acidity, and a delicately emerging lavender aroma create an excellent sensory combination in the cup.Store in a dry and cool place.
Whole-bean specialty coffee beans roasted by ROST from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of pineapple and dark chocolate.Origin: Brazil, GuatemalaRegion: Serra da Canastra / Antiqua, SacatepéquezFarm: Fazenda São Pedro da Canastra / SmallholdersProcessing: Fermented LPD 48H / WashedVariety: Catucai 24137 / Caturra, Bourbon, CatuaiAltitude: 1250 m a.s.l. / 1500 - 1800 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 87 / 100 ABOUT THE COFFEEPOV: you’re catching some vitamin D on a bench outside STOR on Tamka or in the garden on Bracka. This coffee is sunshine captured in a cup, perfect for cold brew!ROASTER'S OPINIONSummer Club Blend is an energetic, summery proposal for fans of bold flavors. The combination of washed Guatemala with fermented Brazil creates a profile with complex, multi-dimensional acidity that is both intense and pleasantly balanced. In the cup, notes of juicy pineapple are offset by dark chocolate. The coffee is crisp and refreshing, especially in cold brew, where it shows its most summery, fresh side. In filter methods, it can be more demanding, offering a heavier and deeper character.Store in a cold and dry space.

Whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Indonesia, roasted by ROST from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of jasmine, grapes and black tea.Country: IndonesiaRegion: Sumatra Farm: Johan Kwe, Simalem Organic FarmProcessing: Co-fermented JasmineVarietal: CatimorAltitude: 1300 - 1600 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 86 / 100ABOUT THE COFFEEThis unique Indonesia of the Catimor variety was subjected to the wet-hulled process, followed by a 48-hour fermentation with the addition of fresh jasmine flowers. After this time, all flower residues are rinsed out, and the coffee is sent to dry. So much for the processing, and now a few interesting facts about the Simalem farm where this coffee comes from. It is located in the highlands of North Sumatra. This region, thanks to its fertile, volcanic soils and cool climate, offers ideal conditions for growing coffee. The Simalem farm operates in a sustainable manner, without the intensive use of chemicals, and its practices are certified and transparent. Johan Kwe is responsible for the quality of the processing; he is the only certified Q Processing Professional in Indonesia, meaning he possesses the best available knowledge in the field of coffee processing.ROASTER'S OPINIONOfficially the first co-ferment in the history of our roastery. It is very well-balanced – it tastes clearly of jasmine, but this is supported by the sweetness of grapes and a great, tea-like body. As summer is already outside the window, we often brew it cold – it turns out mega refreshing then!ROYAL BEANSWhat’s behind the name Royal Beans? If Speciality beans are the pinnacle of coffee, our Royal Beans reach the Himalayas! In this series, we present the very top of the coffee pyramid, the crème de la crème, as precious as crown jewels. Anaerobic, Gesha, Nanolot, Lychee – what does it mean to go beyond the ordinary? – Royal Beans is a selection of coffees chosen by us from various roasters – they share exceptional flavor, limited production, unique processing methods, and the highest quality. A treat for coffee connoisseurs (and those aspiring to be)!
