element. is an idea born from observing the changes occurring in the specialty coffee universe. The concept behind it is a 100g bag of specialty coffee at a low price - meeting the needs of people who quickly get bored with a 250g bag and are constantly looking for something new, as well as those who believe specialty coffee is too expensive today.
The creator is Caffe Grano – a brand operating on the market for 13 years, which, in response to customer needs, created a product designed for people looking for new flavors or struggling to use an entire bag of coffee.
Kuba Kalusiński is responsible for the project, Daria Figaszewska takes care of the selection, and Edyta Bartosiewicz profiles the coffee.

Ripe cherries are gathered into mounds resembling the shape of a volcano, allowing for more intense fermentation "inside" the pile. Instead of heavy chocolate notes, expect intense fruity notes; we won't summarize it here because everyone just has to try it.ROASTER'S OPINIONNow this is a real hit! Fine-quality Robusta (the equivalent of "specialty" for Arabica), processed using fermentation with yeast strains. This is definitely not a coffee you'll find on every corner. Here we have heavy chocolate notes with a full body and a heavy brew typical for Canephora. The fermentation is most noticeable in the aftertaste and at lower temperatures, where chords reminiscent of grapes and blackcurrants emerge just as boldly.
