Back then, to me, he was one of those producers who were pushing the boundaries of what coffee could be. In 2021, his coffees appeared in the STORY Coffee Roasters offer for the first time. In June 2023, we met in person in Athens, and a few months later, I had the opportunity to visit Elkin on his farm in Huila and see with my own eyes the place where these extraordinary lots are created.Today, his coffees are regular guests in our offer and are something more than just another product on the shelf. They are a reminder that behind every cup there are people, relationships, and a shared passion for creating something exceptional.And the coffee itself? It is a true tropical bomb. Juicy mango, lychee, passion fruit, and starfruit combine with the creamy texture of a yogurt milkshake.
