Returns are not a problem
We believe 100% in the quality of our products and that you will love them too. However, if you happen not to like your product, we give you something that you won’t find in any other coffee shop: 365 days to return an unused product.
After all, love must be mutual ;)
How to return your item?
Click on Return, select the products, confirm your details. You will receive a waybill or an SMS verification code for free shipping. It's really that simple! :)
- Log in to your account on Coffeedesk.com and go to "My Account" and then "Order History".
- Find the appropriate order with the products you want to return and click the Return icon.
- Select the products you want to return and the number of items, if there were more. We will appreciate it if you state the reason for returning the products.
- Choose the preferred method of free shipping: DHL courier (we will send you the appropriate waybill by e-mail) or Inpost Parcel Lockers (you will receive the code for the return by e-mail and SMS). You can also choose to ship the package any other way, paying the costs on your own.
- Confirm the contact details for the parcel collection and complete the details for the refund to your bank account. You will receive confirmation and detailed instructions for further steps by e-mail.
- You can check the status of your returns request in the "Returns" tab in "My Account".
- You will not incur additional costs, if you are a registered customer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Returns are free for customers registered in the store. We cover the shipping costs for returns with DHL courier or Inpost Parcel Lockers. You can also choose to ship the package any other way, paying the costs on your own.
All products, as long as they are unused, their packaging is intact and they are in the same condition as when you were taking them out of the box.
No. We give you the right to a refund without giving any reason. However, if you choose to give us a reason, we’ll be able to improve our work.
We offer you 365 days from placing the order to inform us about your return.
We will transfer the appropriate amount to the indicated bank account within 14 days from the date we received your parcel.
In accordance with the law, orders made for companies are not returnable under the same conditions. However, if your order was not wholesale and concerns single products, we will consider your request. Submit a return request in the customer panel in accordance with the instructions for individual customers.
Please inform us clearly about your decision, for example via e-mail. You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can drop the returned items at one of our cafés. Goods delivered to the café are sent to our warehouse twice a week, so delivering the returns on your own will not always be a faster solution than using free shipping. We offer you free shipping with Inpost Parcel Lockers or DHL courier, so there are no additional costs for you.
