A long, floral finish highlights the subtlety of the composition, maintaining a character similar to FLOW Blossom, but with significantly lower caffeine content.The Mountain Water Process removes caffeine selectively while preserving aroma and full flavor. In 250 g of brew prepared according to the V60 protocol, 45.9 mg of caffeine was measured, representing approximately a 70% reduction compared to the fully caffeinated version.ROASTER’S NOTELOW Blossom stands out with a pronounced floral aroma, complemented by subtle stone fruit notes and a light tea-like background.
