We create our products entirely from scratch, in a micro-factory located in Warsaw's Praga district. This means that the entire production process is in our hands, allowing us to experiment with types of beans, additives, and various techniques.
A few words about the beginnings
We have been working in the chocolate industry for nearly 10 years, and it all started in Eindhoven, Netherlands. The experience we gained there in developing and practically applying 3D chocolate printing technology was later brought back to Poland, introducing innovative products and services to the market under the chocoTales by 3D brand.
And later...
3D chocolate printing shows at events and personalized gifts in the shape of logos are still part of our offer – but our chocolate passion has led us further. From the first attempts in a home kitchen, through experience gained working with bigger players, all the way to our own brand of specialty chocolate: chocoTales of Warsaw, awarded medals at the International Chocolate Awards (think of it as the Oscars of the chocolate world – more in the Awards and distinctions tab).
Why chocolate?
We hear this question sometimes. Because trying specialty chocolate for the first time is an amazing experience and a point of no return! Every flavor is something completely different from the products known from store shelves. Chocolate can be sour, sweet (not from sugar), taste like rum, fruits, tea, or even soy sauce. We extract all of this from the cocoa beans by controlling the entire production process and caring about where they come from. Way too few people know how good high-quality chocolate can actually be. And our mission is to change that.

This chocolate is the result of our collaboration with our friends from the Świeżo artisan bakery. Sichuan pepper is not spicy at all! Its citrusy and floral notes pair perfectly with milk chocolate. It tastes like a refreshing iced tea with lemon under palm trees in the Philippines. Let's start with an important point – 70% chocolate really isn't always bitter. This bar is proof of that – the sweetness of mango, apricot, and melon dominates here over the nutty notes noticeable in the background. We extracted all these flavors from Nicaragua cocoa beans, selected and fermented by local farmers. They say that in Peru, everything tastes more intense, more powerful, and more real. Have you ever heard of pepino, lucuma, or cherimoya? Until recently, neither had we. These are local fruits of the Amazon jungle, and although we don't know exactly what they taste like, we like to think that these are the very notes we find in this bar. The freshness, sweetness, and light acidity of fruits intertwine here with the enveloping, buttery flavor of nuts. The taste of Christmas, childhood, or luxury – associations with hot chocolate vary, but we all love it. Beans from the Philippines add a touch of adventure to this pleasure, thanks to noticeable notes of rum and yellow fruits! 0% sugar and 100% power! Our ceremonial cocoa is the undisputed winner in the category of health and pleasure in one. It boosts energy, contains all the healthiest properties of the cocoa tree, and best of all – you can experiment with its preparation however you like!Why ceremonial? Because thanks to very minimal processing, it resembles the cocoa traditionally consumed by the Mayans and Aztecs.
