A specialty coffee roastery from Poland, founded by Wojtek Kamiński, an Arabica Q-Grader and WCEP SCA judge. As one of the first in Poland, they introduced fully compostable coffee packaging and promotes price transparency, working directly with farmers and the Roasters United organization to strive for fair trade and sustainable development. They seek out unique beans and roast them according to their own quality standards, aiming to bring out each bean's best qualities.-
