Baratza Encore ESP is an automatic coffee grinder for home use. Thanks to a wide grind range, Encore ESP easily copes with precise coffee grinding for both espresso and pour-over brewing methods. The grinder is intuitive, takes up little space, and grinds coffee in seconds. It is perfect for those starting their adventure with coffee and for more demanding home baristas. Design and use The grinder has a minimalist design, it is compact and made of plastic that does not collect fingerprints. It is an on demand grinder - coffee is ground right before brewing straight into the container. The grinder is equipped with two containers - the larger one for pour-over brewing methods and a smaller espresso dosing cup with a diameter that fits most portafilters (diameter 54mm and an additional adapter increasing the diameter to 58mm). Grinding is started by a pulse button which gives you complete control of the quantity of coffee ground. In addition, Encore ESP is equipped in an IN/OFF switch. Grind adjustment Encore ESP offers 40 grind settings, from very fine to coarse. The range between 1 and 20 is suitable for a moka pot and espresso, while settings between 21 and 40 will work for pour-over methods such as Chemex, AeroPress, dripper, siphon or French press. Regardless of the grinding setting, the grinder has low retention - only minimal amount of ground coffee remains in the grinder. Sette 270Wi is the latest grinder in Baratza range. A top-notch precision grinder for home use, offering exceptionally accurate grind settings not only for espresso brewing but also for a variety of different hand brewing methods.  Compared to its predecessor (Sette 270W), the new Sette 270Wi features: - The "i" in 270Wi stands for intelligence - the grinder now quickly calculates and predicts the stop point when you change your grind setting, beans, or dose weight.
