The characteristic Brazilian motif of "nut and chocolate" is present here, but it doesn't take center stage. The body of white tea, plus high sweetness similar to mango. The process itself does not consist—as one might assume—of adding cooled volcanic lava to the fermentation tank. Ripe cherries are gathered into mounds resembling the shape of a volcano, allowing for more intense fermentation "inside" the pile. After some time, level it, comb it, and shape the mound again.ROYAL BEANSWhat’s behind the name Royal Beans? If Speciality beans are the pinnacle of coffee, our Royal Beans reach the Himalayas! You can expect hints of pineapple, coconut, wild strawberry and marzipan.Country: ColombiaRegion: QuindioFarm: Cesar BuesaquilloProcessing: Washed anaerobicVarietal: CastilloAltitude: 1800 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEColombia Cesar Buesaquillo is a smooth, fruity coffee with a clean and pleasant profile. Beans of the Castillo variety mature at an altitude of approximately 1,800 meters above sea level, where cooler conditions favor the slow development of the fruits and the buildup of sweetness.Pineapple and coconut appear in the cup, but in a light, subtle form. They are accompanied by delicate wild strawberry, and a soft, almond sweetness of marzipan can be found in the finish. The overall character is harmonious and fresh, without exaggerated intensity – it is a coffee that will work well when you are looking for a distinctly fruity character, but still care about an elegant and easy-to-drink cup.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGAnaerobic Washed 30h – what is this processing method about?Anaerobic Washed combines fermentation under limited oxygen conditions with the subsequent thorough washing of the beans. After harvesting, the ripe cherries undergo fermentation in a sealed environment for about 30 hours. During this time, naturally occurring microorganisms process the sugars contained in the fruits, influencing the coffee's subsequent aroma and flavor. After fermentation is completed, the beans are rinsed and cleaned of pulp residues, and then dried to the appropriate moisture level. Thanks to this, the coffee retains the cleanliness characteristic of washed processing, while gaining an additional layer of aromatic complexity originating from the fermentation. In the case of Cesar Buesaquillo, the effect is subtle – the process helps emphasize the fruity sweetness and freshness, but does not dominate the natural character of the bean.Store in a cool and dry place.

BeMyBean - Colombia El Indio Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 09.09.2026

A whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Colombia, roasted by BeMyBean from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of wild rose, blackberry, wine and hibiscus.Country: ColombiaRegion: TolimaFarm: El Indio Processing: NaturalVarietal: CaturraAltitude: 1700 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEColombia El Indio comes from Planadas in the Tolima region, located among high mountains and volcanic soils. It is one of Colombia's most important coffee regions, where the cooler climate and high-altitude plantations favor the creation of coffees with great complexity. El Indio is composed of Caturra variety beans grown at an altitude of approximately 1,700 meters above sea level. The coffee comes from smallholder farms whose owners have been perfecting the art of natural processing for years. In the cup, El Indio immediately shows its intense, fruity character. There is juicy blackberry reminiscent of freshly picked, ripe fruits, the intensity of rosehip, and a delicate accent of hibiscus. The whole profile is brought together by a characteristic note of homemade wine, which adds depth, vinosity, and a bit of a fermentative kick to the coffee. It is a full, expressive, and sweet profile, but at the same time very aromatic – instead of a quiet fruity background, we get a cup that definitively attracts attention.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGThe coffee cherries go to drying as whole fruits, along with the skin and pulp. After harvesting, the best ripe cherries are selected and then spread out on raised beds. There, under the influence of the sun, they gradually lose water, and the sugars and aromatic compounds present in the fruit have time to interact with the bean.Drying is carried out very carefully. The quality control team checks the coffee up to four times a day, ensuring its even drying. This is particularly important in Tolima, where frequent rainfall occurs during the harvest season. However, the producers manage to master this demanding process – as much as 80% of their coffees undergo natural processing. It is the natural processing that is responsible for a large part of El Indio's character. Prolonged contact with the fruit during drying helps build intense sweetness, juiciness, and deep fruity notes. In this cup, this translates into a combination of blackberry juiciness, floral hibiscus, rosehip aroma, and the characteristic vinosity of homemade wine. This is a coffee for those who like filter brews with a distinct character and a profile that is hard to miss.Store in a cool and dry place.

For nearly a decade, the Colombian Sugar Cane (Ethyl Acetate) process was our trusted standard—and it served us well. But our ambitions go further. We don’t just want good decaf; we also want specialty decaf. The launch of AZAHAR in early 2025 marked a turning point. Its clean, fruity profile proved that decaf can truly compete, driving both excitement and growth. It was the first in a new wave of decafs that changed how our customers experience caffeine-free coffee. Our goal has always been simple: a decaf that can stand shoulder to shoulder with any single-origin in our range—even in a blind cupping. For us, coffee is fruit, and we relentlessly pursue clarity, vibrancy, and expression, whether washed or naturally processed.Store in a dry and cool place.

COFFEE PLANT - LOW Brownie Filter 800 g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 28.09.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Brazil, roasted in Poland by COFFEE PLANT. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of chocolate, cocoa and nuts.Country: BrazilRegion: Cerrado/Sul de MinasFarm: Rancho GrandeVarietal: Mundo Nuovo, Acaia, Yellow Bourbon, Processing: Natural CO2/NaturalAltitude: 950 - 1050 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEIn the package, you will find two coffees from Brazil, processed using the natural method: decaffeinated Mundo Novo from the Cerrado region and a caffeinated blend of Mundo Novo, Acaia, and Yellow Bourbon from the Rancho Grande farm in Sul de Minas. The dry, sunny conditions of Cerrado favor a clean, chocolate-forward profile with pronounced sweetness, while the slower drying on raised beds in the more humid microclimate of Rancho Grande creates greater complexity with notes of nuts and dried fruits. After import to Europe, some of the beans were decaffeinated using the supercritical CO₂ method, which effectively reduces caffeine with minimal impact on aroma and structure, allowing LOW Brownie to retain its full, balanced character. In the cup, chocolate and nuts dominate, with a delicate hint of dried fruits, high sweetness, medium body, low acidity, and a long, chocolate finish. We also verified the caffeine level in the final brew prepared according to the standardized V60 recipe. In 250 g of brewed coffee, we measured 54.4 mg of caffeine. Compared to the same coffee in its fully caffeinated version, this represents a real reduction of about 70% in caffeine content in the brewed coffee.ROASTER'S OPINIONThis coffee has a consistent chocolate-nut character, enriched with a subtle hint of dried fruits that gently highlight the flavor, reminiscent of classic brownies. It is distinguished by pronounced sweetness, medium fullness, very low acidity, and aromas of cocoa and chocolate. The whole is completed by a long, chocolate finish and excellent balance. This is how LOW Brownie – our reduced-caffeine coffee – presents itself.Store in a cold and dry space.

Roasting date: 21.09.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Brazil, roasted in Warsaw by CoffeeLab. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of dried apricot, muscovado and rice tea.Origin: BrazilRegion: Cerrado MineiroFarm: Fazenda Vivir CaféVariety: Red CatuaíProcessing: Induced FermentationAltitude: 1100 m a.s.l.Brazil from the Veloso sisters is a proper sweet one for filter: sticky and dessert-like. Just right over a few ice cubes when you feel like a cold coffee that leans more sweet than fruity and juicy. You won’t find high acidity or a citrusy kick here. Instead, there are notes of dried fruit, like sweet apricot, alongside the darker, deeper sweetness of muscovado sugar. The finish reminds us of rice tea: gently toasted, smooth, with a pleasantly sticky texture.ABOUT THE FARMBehind this coffee are Virgínia and Viviane Veloso, sisters and co-founders of Vivir Café. Their family has been working with coffee in Cerrado Mineiro for over 50 years, and today they produce coffee across six farms, focusing on specialty Arabica, quality and a more conscious approach to farming. This lot is Red Catuaí grown at 1100 m a.s.l., processed as a natural with 48 hours of induced fermentation.Store in a cold and dry space.

Roasting date: 05.10.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted in Warsaw by Coffeelab. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of rum, plum and cookies.Country: ColombiaRegion: Planadas, TolimaVarietal: CaturraProcessing: NaturalMethod of decaffeination: SugarcaneAltitude: 1500–2100 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEWe held off on launching our new decaf until we could give it the packaging it deserved. Now that it looks the part, we can finally share this delicious find. What won us over about El Indio was its depth of flavour. Think dark stone fruit with a fermented edge. Our first association? Mon Chéri chocolates! - RoasteryEl Indio comes from Planadas in Colombia’s Tolima department. Behind the coffee are local associations bringing together around 175 coffee-farming families. This is Caturra grown at 1,500–2,150 metres above sea level and naturally processed, meaning the beans are dried inside the whole coffee cherries. The green coffee is decaffeinated using the EA method, which helps preserve its character. The process uses water and ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane, a compound also found naturally in many fruits. First, the coffee goes into a steam chamber, then into a spring-water bath. Once the beans are saturated with water, they spend eight hours in contact with ethyl acetate, which dissolves the caffeine. Finally, the coffee is dried back to its original moisture level. All that’s left for us is to brew a pour-over and discover just how much a cup can offer without the caffeine.Store in a cold and dry space.

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted in Warsaw by Coffeelab. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of banana, hard candy, vanilla and raspberry.Country: ColombiaRegion: OporapaVarietal: SL28Processing: Double Fermented NaturalAltitude: 1650 – 1800 m a.s.l.Farm: QuebraditasABOUT THE COFFEE - PROCESSING AND VARIETYSL28, a variety well known from Kenya, lands in Colombia and suddenly starts playing a different tune. It’s a meeting of two very different worlds, something you’d expect more from fusion cuisine. On paper, it shouldn’t really work, yet in the cup, it comes together in a surprisingly coherent way: right from the start, there’s banana, but not the fresh kind, more like banana sweets, followed by a sticky, candy-like texture and deep, layered fruit sweetness. If you’re after a calm, low-acidity coffee, you’re looking in the wrong place.Banana notes, coincidence? Not quite. During fermentation, esters are formed, including isoamyl acetate, which is responsible for those characteristic banana-like aromas. The variety itself plays a major role. In Kenya, SL28 is known for its high acidity, juiciness, and defined structure, but in the Colombian terroir, it softens, becoming rounder and sweeter, which translates into that slightly candy-like texture in the cup. The raspberry and strawberry sweetness, in turn, comes from the processing, which amplifies the fruit character and builds complexity while keeping the profile in check. The variety already does a lot of the heavy lifting, but without this processing, the profile simply wouldn’t come together. Everything here revolves around controlled fermentation and working with the sugars in the fruit. Harvesting is carried out with a strong focus on ripeness, with at least 80% of the cherries fully ripe before moving forward. After flotation, the coffee undergoes a first 72-hour fermentation, followed by drying down to around 20% moisture. At that point, the process is deliberately paused, the coffee is rehydrated, and goes through a second fermentation with selected yeasts. It is then finished with controlled drying at around 40°C and stabilised in bags. The result is a layered, intense sweetness, achieved without letting the profile drift into heavy, alcoholic territory.ABOUT THE FARMFinca Quebraditas is a young project, but one built on its own terms from the start. Edinson Argote and Ángela Rojas focus on full process control and developing their own flavour language. Oporapa in Huila still sits outside the specialty mainstream, and their goal is to highlight the potential of the entire region through consistent, ground-up work. Lots like this SL28, as well as their earlier Thermal Shock releases, show just how far that can go.This is one of those coffees that evolves in the cup. As it cools, it opens up further, revealing more fermented, deeper notes and adding even more depth to the overall profile.Store in a cold and dry space.
