BeMyBean - Costa Rica Helen La Manga Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 10.08.2026

A whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Costa Rica, roasted by BeMyBean from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of cherry yogurt, Belgian chocolate, mirabelle plum and stracciatella.Country: Costa RicaRegion: San VitoFarm: Helen La MangaProcessing: NaturalVarietal: CaturraAltitude: 1600 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEECosta Rica Helen La Manga is a coffee for those who enjoy juicy, dessert-like, and intense cups. In the flavor profile, you will find associations with cherry yogurt, Belgian chocolate, mirabelle plum, and stracciatella ice cream. Medium-high intensity and natural processing make the brew body full, sweet, and long-lasting on the palate.Note: this coffee visibly improves with time. We recommend waiting a minimum of 10 days from the roast date before brewing it. The San Vito region, located in southern Costa Rica at the foot of the Coto Brus mountains, is famous for its exceptional coffee-growing conditions. Large temperature differences between day and night, abundant rainfall, and clearly marked dry and rainy seasons allow the fruit to ripen slowly, developing a complex sweetness and rich aroma. That is right where Costa Rica Helen La Manga comes from – a coffee that delights with its dessert character and juicy fruitiness. In the cup, notes of cherry yogurt, Belgian chocolate, mirabelle plum, and stracciatella ice cream dominate. The whole forms a creamy, sweet profile with a pleasant fruity freshness that balances the intensity of the brew. This coffee is full-bodied, expressive, and extremely satisfying.ABOUT PROCESSINGThis character is partly due to the natural processing method. The process begins with the hand-picking of exclusively ripe, dark red coffee cherries. Next, the fruit is thoroughly sorted. Unripe, damaged, or overly light cherries are removed using a water bath, during which lower-density fruits float to the surface. After selection, the whole fruits go onto elevated drying beds or patios, where they remain for several weeks. During this time, neither the skin nor the pulp is removed – the bean dries inside the fruit. To ensure the process runs evenly and without the risk of defect-causing fermentation, the fruits are turned regularly, and their moisture level and temperature are constantly monitored. As the water evaporates, natural sugars and aromatic compounds from the pulp gradually penetrate the beans, building their characteristic sweetness and fruity depth.Once the fruits reach the appropriate moisture level, they are left to stabilize so that humidity distributes evenly inside the bean. Only then are the dried skin and pulp mechanically removed in the hulling process. The final stage is a ultimate selection of beans by size, density, and quality before they reach the roastery. The result of this carefully conducted processing is a coffee with a rich structure, distinct sweetness, and an intense dessert-fruity character. In Costa Rica Helen La Manga, this translates into a flavor reminiscent of cherry yogurt and mirabelle plum, complemented by notes of Belgian chocolate and stracciatella that linger on the palate long after the last sip.Store in a cool, dry place.

BeMyBean - Ethiopia Bombe Ayla Washed Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 10.08.2026

A whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Ethiopia, roasted by BeMyBean from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of lemon, lime, jasmine and black tea.Country: EthiopiaRegion: SidamoFarm: Bombe AylaProcessing: WashedVarietal: JARC 74110, JARC 74158Altitude: 2000 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEA classic washed Ethiopia that shows everything we love about coffees from this region. In the cup, you will find juicy lemon and lime, a delicate jasmine aroma, and an elegant finish reminiscent of black tea. Clean, light, citrusy. In the cup, fresh notes of lemon and lime dominate, giving the coffee juiciness and a pleasant energy. They are accompanied by a subtle jasmine aroma, and the whole closes with a long, gently dry aftertaste reminiscent of black tea. This is a coffee of medium intensity, very harmonious and extremely pleasant for daily brewing.ABOUT PROCESSINGThere are coffees that surprise with exotic fermentations and intense fruit notes. This Ethiopia takes a completely different path. It is a classic example of a perfectly prepared washed coffee, where flavor clarity, clear acidity, and elegant complexity are what matter most.Behind its profile stands one of the most valued processing methods – washed – which allows to bring out the natural character of the beans and highlight the terroir of Ethiopia. The process begins with the hand-picking of exclusively ripe, red coffee fruits, which reach the washing station on the same day. There, the cherries are thoroughly sorted, and unripe or damaged fruits are discarded.Next, the fruits pass through a depulper, which separates the skin and most of the pulp from the bean. The beans covered with a thin layer of mucilage go into fermentation tanks, where for about 36–48 hours natural enzymes break down the remaining pulp. This is a crucial stage – properly controlled fermentation builds flavor clarity, distinct acidity, and the characteristic tea-like elegance of Ethiopian coffees. After fermentation is complete, the beans are thoroughly rinsed in clean water to completely remove any remaining mucilage. Next, they go onto African raised beds, where they dry under natural conditions. During drying, they are turned regularly so that moisture evaporates evenly, and the beans maintain high quality and stability. Upon reaching the appropriate moisture level, the coffee rests in parchment before being prepared for export. The result is an exceptionally clear and elegant cup – exactly what you can expect from a classic washed Ethiopia. If you appreciate coffees full of freshness, citrus energy, and floral finesse, this offering will be an excellent choice for V60, Origami, Kalita, or Chemex.Store in a cool, dry place.

BeMyBean - Ethiopia Kebero Washed Espresso 250 g

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 10.08.2026

A specialty coffee from Ethiopia, roasted in Poland by BeMyBean. Dark roast, perfect for espresso, coffee machines, and moka pots. You can expect hints of blackberry and currants juice, lime, grapefruit and orange's flowers.Country: EthiopiaRegion: SidamoFarm: KeberoVarietal: HeirloomProcessing: WashedAltitude: 2000 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEEthiopia Kebero is a classic in a modern espresso edition. From the very first sip, it showcases what a well-processed washed coffee is all about: clean, clear, and incredibly juicy. In the foreground, an intense blueberry and currant juice emerges, giving the whole cup depth and a light sweetness. A moment later, citruses come in – lime and grapefruit – introducing freshness and a characteristic, vibrant acidity. The entire experience is tied together by a delicate, floral accent of orange blossom, which lends lightness and elegance to the cup. This is a medium-intensity espresso that does not overwhelm but consistently builds a layered profile – from fruity juiciness to a clean, fresh finish. Perfect for those looking for clarity of flavor and a distinct origin character in their espresso.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGThe key to this profile lies in the washed processing method, also known as wet processing. The process begins right at the harvest stage. Only fully ripe, hand-picked coffee cherries make it to further processing. Next, the cherries are thoroughly sorted to discard any unripe or damaged fruit. The subsequent step is depulping, which is the mechanical removal of the skin and most of the pulp. A thin, sticky layer of mucilage containing natural sugars then remains on the bean. After that, fermentation begins in water tanks, usually lasting from a dozen to several dozen hours. During this time, natural enzymes break down the remaining pulp, separating it from the bean. This is one of the most crucial moments – it determines the cleanliness and character of the future flavor profile. After fermentation, the beans are thoroughly rinsed with clean water, which completely removes the remnants of the pulp and stops the fermentation processes. Thanks to this, the coffee's flavor becomes clearer and free from heavy, fermented notes. The final stage is drying on raised tables (so-called African beds), where the beans dry for about 10–15 days. They are regularly turned to ensure even moisture evaporation and to avoid defects. The result of the entire process is a coffee of exceptional clarity – one in which you can clearly taste the origin, variety, and growing conditions. This is precisely why Ethiopia Kebero is so juicy, citrusy, and floral, yet light and elegant at the same time.Store in a cold and dry space.

BeMyBean - Guatemala Alotenango Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 10.08.2026

A whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Guatemala, roasted by BeMyBean from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of forest berries, apricot, bubble gum, hard candies, passion fruit and rhubarb.Country: GuatemalaRegion: AlotenangoFarm: AlotenangoProcessing: NaturalVarietal: Bourbon, Catuai, CaturraAltitude: 1400 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEGuatemala Alotenango is a coffee for alternative brewing methods that delights with an intense, juicy, and very fruity character. In the cup, you will find notes of forest fruits, apricot, passion fruit, rhubarb, as well as sweet hard candies and bubble gum. Natural processing gives it a full body, distinct sweetness, and a rich, multilayered aroma – ideal for those looking for coffees with a modern, bold profile. Guatemala Alotenango is an offering for lovers of expressive and unconventional filter coffees. Right from the first sip, it delights with intense fruitiness that combines juicy forest fruits, ripe apricot, exotic passion fruit, and crisp rhubarb. The whole is complemented by sweet associations with hard candies and bubble gum, giving the cup an exceptionally dessert-like and surprising character. This is a coffee of high intensity, full body, and a long, sweet finish.ABOUT PROCESSINGSuch a rich flavor profile is thanks to the natural processing method, one of the oldest and most demanding coffee preparation techniques. The process begins with careful hand-picking of exclusively fully ripe, red coffee fruits. Next, the fruits are thoroughly sorted – first all impurities are removed, and then selection is carried out in water, which discards fruits that are too light (unripe) or damaged. After selection, the whole fruits go onto African beds, where multi-day drying begins. Unlike washed coffees, the beans remain closed inside the fruit throughout this entire time. Naturally occurring sugars, acids, and aromatic compounds from the skin and pulp gradually penetrate the beans, building their characteristic sweetness and complexity. To ensure drying proceeds evenly and to prevent uncontrolled fermentation, the fruits are turned regularly up to a dozen times a day, and the entire process is constantly monitored for temperature and humidity.Drying usually lasts from a few to even several weeks – until the fruits reach an appropriately low moisture level. Only then are the dried skin and pulp mechanically removed in the hulling process, revealing green beans ready for further sorting, resting, and preparation for roasting. The result of this time-consuming method is a coffee with exceptional aroma intensity, velvety body, and clear, fruity sweetness. In Guatemala Alotenango, this translates into a juicy cup full of forest fruits, apricot, and passion fruit, with the pleasant acidity of rhubarb and a candy accent of hard candies and bubble gum. This is a coffee that shows how much character well-executed natural processing can bring out.Store in a cool, dry place.

BeMyBean - Guatemala Ayarza Anaerobic Natural Espresso 1 kg

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 14.07.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Guatemala, roasted by BeMyBean polish roastery. Dark roast, perfect for espresso, coffee machines, and moka pots. You can expect hints of mirabelle plum, almond cookies, cherry jam, nectarine and gooseberry.Country: GuatemalaRegion: Santa RosaFarm: AyarzaProcessing: Anaerobic naturalAltitude: 1600 - 2000 m a.s.l.Variety: Anacafe 14, Bourbon, PacheABOUT THE COFFEEGuatemala Ayarza is an offering for those who enjoy modern, fruity espresso with a distinctly marked sweetness. It comes from the Ayarza region in the Santa Rosa department, where the high altitude of the plantations, volcanic soils, and cool climate favor the creation of beans with great complexity. The cup is dominated by juicy notes of mirabelle plum, nectarine, and gooseberry, which smoothly transition into the sweetness of cherry jam and subtle buttery almond cookies. Medium-high intensity ensures that the coffee remains distinct, yet at the same time remarkably pleasant and balanced.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGThe exceptional character of this coffee is heavily influenced by the anaerobic natural processing method, which requires great precision at every stage. The process begins with meticulous hand-harvesting of only fully ripe cherries. Next, the coffee cherries are thoroughly sorted so that only the finest fruit moves on to further processing. The next stage is the fermentation of whole fruits in an anaerobic environment. The cherries are placed in sealed bags from which oxygen access is removed. For about 120 hours, a controlled fermentation takes place, during which yeast and microorganisms intensively develop complex aromatic compounds while maintaining full control over the process flow. As a result, the coffee gains greater sweetness, depth, and an intensely fruity character. After fermentation is complete, the fruits are spread out in a very thin layer on the patio to immediately halt the fermentation process and begin even sun-drying. The result of this demanding processing is an espresso with a creamy body, distinct fruitiness, and a long, sweet finish. Guatemala Ayarza perfectly demonstrates how skillfully executed anaerobic fermentation can highlight the natural potential of the beans, creating a coffee full of juicy fruit and dessert-like sweetness. Finally, dessert sweetness, juicy fruit notes, and fruit-derived acidity meet in the cup. The espresso has a silky body and leaves a long, pleasant finish. It works great as a dose of refreshment on its own. When combined with milk, it takes on even greater sweetness, while the fruity accents become gentler, resembling a creamy dessert. Guatemala Ayarza also fits perfectly into a summer lineup – served with tonic and ice cubes, it delights with its refreshing, juicy character.Store in a cold and dry space.

BeMyBean - Kenya Kangachoo Washed Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 09.09.2026

A whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Kenya, roasted by BeMyBean from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of red currants, raspberry and rhubarb.Country: KenyaRegion: NyeriFarm: KangachooProcessing: WashedVarietal: Batian, SL-28, Ruiru-11Altitude: 1700 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEKenya Kangocho comes from the Nyeri region, in the central highlands of Kenya, located at the foot of Mount Kenya. The coffee reaches us from the Kangocho Factory, a washing station cooperating with 781 local producers affiliated with the Gikanda Farmers Cooperative Society. The plantations are located at an altitude of approximately 1,700 meters above sea level, and this lot utilizes the Batian, Ruiru 11, and SL28 varieties. In the cup, Kangocho is primarily juicy and fruity. Redcurrant brings a distinct, fresh acidity, raspberry adds soft fruity sweetness, and rhubarb gives the whole profile a slightly refreshing character. It is precisely this combination of red fruits with rhubarb acidity that gives the coffee its typically Kenyan, energetic profile – it is fresh, expressive, and works very well in filter coffee.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGThe washed processing method is responsible for the cleanliness of this profile. Ripe cherries arrive at the station, where they are depulped, and then the beans ferment for 12–48 hours, depending on weather conditions. After fermentation, the coffee is thoroughly washed and dried on raised African beds for about 2–3 weeks. The beans are then rested in parchment, hulled, cleaned, and sorted by size. Finally, they undergo hand selection. The Nyeri region is famous for coffees with high acidity, a fuller structure, and distinct fruity aromas. Cool temperatures at high altitudes slow down the ripening of the fruit, which favors flavor concentration and the buildup of intensity characteristic of Kenyan coffees.Kangocho is a coffee for lovers of fresh, fruity filter brews – with clear acidity, juicy fruitiness, and a very clean finish. Redcurrant, raspberry, and rhubarb create a profile that is both intense and crisp, making the coffee show great potential both hot and brewed over ice.Store in a cool and dry place.

BeMyBean - Rwanda Ngororero Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 10.08.2026

A whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Rwanda, roasted by BeMyBean from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of dragon fruit, chocolate-covered strawberry and rhubarb bun.Country: RwandaRegion: Western ProvinceFarm: NgororeroProcessing: NaturalVarietal: Bourbon Altitude: 1800 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEA natural from the Rwandan Ngororero plantation that combines juicy fruitiness with dessert sweetness. In the cup, you will find notes of dragon fruit, chocolate-covered strawberry, and rhubarb sweet bun.For years, Rwanda has proven that it can delight not only with classic washed coffees, but also with superbly prepared naturals. This coffee from the Ngororero plantation, located at an altitude of approximately 1,800 meters above sea level, is an excellent example of how carefully executed natural processing can bring out intense fruitiness while maintaining elegance and clarity of flavor.Right from the first sip, exotic notes of dragon fruit appear, transitioning into a sweet accent of chocolate-covered strawberry. The whole is complemented by the aroma of a fresh rhubarb sweet bun, giving the coffee a dessert character. This is a profile full of sweetness, juiciness, and a creamy texture that will perform perfectly in filter methods.ABOUT PROCESSINGThis unique character is primarily due to natural processing, which requires immense precision and patience at every stage. The process begins with the hand-picking of exclusively fully ripe coffee fruits. Every cherry is carefully selected, because in the natural method, the entire fruit remains on the bean throughout the entire drying period. Even a small proportion of unripe or damaged fruits could negatively affect the final coffee profile.Upon arrival at the processing station, the fruits undergo flotation sorting. The cherries go into water tanks where lower-density, damaged, or unripe fruits are removed. Next, a manual selection is carried out so that only the highest quality fruits move on to the next stage. The next step is drying the whole fruits on raised African beds. This is the most important stage of the whole process. For about 3–5 weeks, the fruits slowly release moisture, remaining whole along with the skin and pulp. During this time, natural sugars and aromatic compounds gradually penetrate the beans, building characteristic sweetness and a rich flavor profile.During drying, the fruits are turned regularly to ensure even moisture evaporation and to prevent uncontrolled fermentation. During the hottest hours of the day and during rainfall, the beds are covered, which allows stable drying conditions to be maintained and preserves the high quality of the beans.Upon reaching the appropriate moisture level, the coffee goes to a warehouse where it undergoes a stabilization stage (resting). Thanks to this, moisture is evenly distributed inside the beans, which translates to greater stability during transport and subsequent roasting.Only at the very end are the dried skin and pulp mechanically removed, and the beans undergo a final selection in terms of size, density, and quality. Coffee prepared this way goes to the roastery, retaining the full extent of its fruity character. If you like filter coffees with a distinctly fruity, sweet, and dessert profile, Ngororero Natural will be a great choice. This is a coffee that shows how much Rwanda can offer when producer experience meets precisely executed natural processing.Store in a cool, dry place.

BeMyBean - Sumatra Jingki Roda Anaerobic Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 01.07.2026

A whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Indonesia, roasted by BeMyBean from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of black elderberry, wild berries, blackberry liqueur, compote, and grapefruit-lemon juice.Country: Indonesia (Sumatra)Region: Bener MeriahFarm: Jingki Roda Processing: Gayo 1, Gayo 2Varietal: Anaerobic natural Altitude: 1400 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE REGIONHigh in the Gayo mountains, in the Indonesian province of Aceh, at an altitude starting from 1400 m a.s.l., comes a coffee born from the collaboration between local farmers and the Terry Farm project managed by PT. Jingki Roda Gayo. Fertile, volcanic soils, a cool climate, and shade-grown cultivation create ideal conditions for the fruit to ripen, while sustainable farming methods preserve the natural richness of this unique terroir.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGRight at the harvesting stage, only fully ripe, red cherries are selected. They then undergo traditional sorting using the floating method, during which they are submerged in water. The highest-density cherries sink to the bottom, while immature or damaged ones float to the surface and are discarded. This ensures that only the finest raw material moves on to further processing. The next stage is anaerobic fermentation. Whole cherries are placed in tightly sealed tanks, where they ferment without oxygen for a controlled period. Under these conditions, complex aromatic compounds develop, giving the coffee exceptional depth, intense fruitiness, and distinctive, slightly winey notes. After fermentation is complete, the whole cherries are spread out for drying. The pulp remains on the beans throughout this process, gradually transferring sugars and aromatic compounds to them. Slow, carefully monitored drying results in a richer body, enhanced sweetness, and a distinct structure in the brew.Only after reaching the proper moisture level do the dried cherries go to the hulling machine, which removes the dried skin and pulp. The green coffee beans then undergo thorough sorting and quality control before being prepared for export. The result of this demanding process is an incredibly expressive cup. The very first sip brings an intense aroma of elderberry and forest fruits. Moments later, the character of blackberry liqueur and the sweetness of homemade compote emerge, seamlessly transitioning into a juicy, citrus freshness reminiscent of grapefruit and lemon juice. This is a highly intense coffee, created for those who look for bold, full-bodied, and unforgettable flavor experiences in alternative brewing methods.Store in a cool, dry place.

BeMyBean- Nicaragua Jinotega Washed Espresso 250 g

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 10.08.2026

A specialty coffee from Nicaragua, roasted in Poland by BeMyBean. Dark roast, perfect for espresso, coffee machines, and moka pots. You can expect hints of raisins in chocolate, caramel, mirabelle plum jam and biscuits.Country: NicaraguaRegion: JinotegaVarietal: Bourbon, Caturra, CatuaiProcessing: WashedAltitude: 1200 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEENicaragua Jinotega is a coffee that perfectly demonstrates why Central American espresso has such a loyal fanbase. It combines dessert sweetness with delicate fruitiness and offers a profile that is both pleasantly classic and full of character. In terms of flavor, chocolate-covered raisins, thick kaymak (dulce de leche), and mirabelle plum jam emerge, bringing a juicy, slightly plum-like fruitiness. In the background, buttery biscuits and a subtle note of caramelized sugar are detectable, giving the whole cup a soft, creamy finish. This is a medium-intensity espresso with balanced acidity – it will perform excellently both solo and in milk-based drinks. The coffee comes from the Jinotega region, located in the northern mountains of Nicaragua at altitudes exceeding 1,200 meters above sea level. Behind this coffee are mainly small family farms, where the fruit is harvested by hand from December to March. In the Jinotega region, coffee cultivation is a part of everyday life – most producers rely on traditional working methods and multigenerational experience.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGThe applied fully washed processing method, meaning full wet processing, has a huge impact on the cup's profile. It is precisely responsible for the clarity of flavor, clean finish, and elegant balance of this coffee. The process begins with the selective harvesting of ripe coffee fruit. Pickers choose only red, properly ripe cherries, as even a small share of unripe fruit could disrupt the sweetness and balance of the final brew.Right after the harvest, the fruit goes to a water selection. The coffee cherries are submerged in water to discard light, unripe, or damaged fruits that float to the surface. Next, an additional manual quality control is conducted. The subsequent stage is depulping, which is the separation of the skin and most of the pulp from the bean. After this process, the beans are still covered with a sticky layer of mucilage – natural sugars and pectins. Then the coffee goes into fermentation tanks. This is one of the most important moments of the entire processing. Natural enzymes break down the remnants of the pulp, and producers very precisely control the fermentation time to maintain the cleanliness of the profile and avoid excessive, alcoholic notes. In the case of this coffee, fermentation emphasizes the sweetness and fruitiness while leaving the cup incredibly clear. After fermentation, the beans are thoroughly rinsed with clean water. Thanks to this, the last remnants of mucilage are removed, and the coffee gains the elegance, lightness, and structured flavor profile characteristic of washed processing. The next stage is drying. The beans in parchment are spread out on patios or African beds and regularly turned so they dry evenly under the Nicaraguan sun. The process lasts from a few to several days and has a huge impact on the stability and longevity of the flavor. At the end, the parchment husk is removed, and the green beans are sorted by size and quality. The result? An espresso that is simultaneously sweet, creamy, and fluidly fruity. The kind you return to not because it tries to surprise you with an extreme profile, but because it simply tastes great every single day.Store in a cold and dry space.

Bracia Ziółkowscy - Indonesia Canpehora Kamandang Anaerobic Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BRACIA ZIÓŁKOWSCY

Roasting date: 11.08.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Indonesia, roasted by Bracia Ziółkowscy roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The flavour of the brew resembles dark chocolate, nuts, caramel and orange zest.Country: IndonesiaRegion: Sepakung, Central Java Farm: Vins & BedjoVarietal: TugusariSpecies: Canephora (robusta)Altitude: 1100 m a.s.l.Processing: Anaerobic naturalABOUT THE FARMVins and Bedjo are two enthusiasts who persistently experiment in search of the perfect Canephora flavor. Their annual production is currently very small – around 2 tons of green coffee – but in their case, "every bean matters." There is no room here for cheap, container-scale production, so every coffee cherry cultivated by them is treated with due attention. The farm is pictorially located on the slopes of the Telomoyo volcano, surrounded by dense jungle. Once every four years, the eruption of the nearby Merapi volcano covers the entire region in volcanic ash, which is incredibly fertile and promotes the development of sweetness and spicy characteristics in the coffee.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGExperiments with Canephora are particularly important to them, which naturally caught the attention of the Brothers (fine robusta neophytes). This specific lot underwent their signature process – quadruple anaerobic fermentation. The fruits spend five days in each of four consecutive tanks, being cleaned of fermentation byproducts in between. This is Vins and Bedjo's proven method to "clean up" robusta, giving it a clear character and a great, mild profile.ABOUT THE SPECIESWe are glad that you are exploring coffea canephora, often called robusta, together with us. For years, this species was mainly associated with cheap blends, but well-cultivated canephora can be intense, sweet, creamy, and surprisingly complex. That is precisely why it is appearing in our selection — to show that the world of coffee is broader than arabica alone. However, it is worth brewing it a bit differently. Canephora is more intense and extractable, which is why we recommend lower temperatures: 86–89°C (it is best to start at 88°C). Water with lower mineralization — around 70 ppm — also works well. You can simply mix your water with distilled water in a 1:1 ratio or use low-mineral water, such as Żywiec Zdrój.Do not be surprised if it tastes different from the coffee you know. That is precisely the point.ROASTER'S OPINIONHere is what we love fine robustas for. A deep malty profile with notes of cocoa and nuts, a clean and clear brew, a heavy, pleasant body, and virtually zero acidity. The ideal everyday bean.Store in a cool and dry place.

Bracia Ziółkowscy - Kenya Inoi Kaguyu AA Washed Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BRACIA ZIÓŁKOWSCY

Roasting date: 16.06.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Kenya, roasted by Bracia Ziółkowscy roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of raspberry, cherry and caramel.Origin: KenyaRegion: KirinyagaFarm: InoiVariety: SL 28, SL 34, Batian, Ruiru 11Processing: WashedAltitude: 1650-1800 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 86 / 100ABOUT THE REGIONKaguyu Factory is a washing station located in the Kirinyaga region, on the fertile, volcanic slopes of Mount Kenya. Situated at an altitude of 1750–1800 m a.s.l., it benefits from excellent coffee-growing conditions: abundant rainfall, fertile red soils, and the cool climate characteristic of the surroundings of the country's highest peak.Kaguyu belongs to the Inoi Farmers Cooperative Society. Coffee is delivered here by smallholders, who usually own a few hundred coffee trees each. This model is typical for Kenya — instead of large plantations, thousands of small family farms dominate. Combined with specialized washing stations, it allows maintaining a very high level of selection and raw material quality.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGThe coffee is processed using the fully washed method with double fermentation, which is classic for Kenya. Carefully selected cherries reach the station on the very same day after harvesting. After depulping, the beans undergo overnight fermentation, then they are washed in sorting channels, soaked for another 24–48 hours in clean water, and dried on raised beds. It is this precise processing that is responsible for the clarity of flavor and high sweetness characteristic of the best Kenyan coffees.ROASTER'S OPINIONSweet and refreshing. A bit like blackberry jam, a bit like currant juice. And all of this with a subtle hint of caramel.Store in a cool, dry place.
