The flavor profile features notes of cherry jam, raspberry and peach.Country of origin: RwandaRegion: Rutsiro, Western ProvinceVariety: Red BourbonProcessing method: Black HoneyAltitude: 1500-1900 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 87 / 100ABOUT THE COFFEELocated in the Rutsiro District, in the western part of Rwanda, the Bugoyi washing station sits at an altitude of 1,550 meters above sea level. It is about 192 km away from Kigali, and coffee cherries from surrounding farms located at 1,500–1,900 meters are processed on site. The high altitude, volcanic mineral-rich soils, and around 1,356 mm of rainfall per year create excellent conditions for growing coffee. In 2026, Baho Coffee continues to make great use of the station's unique location by Lake Kivu. The delicate breeze from the lake and the gentle sun allow the coffee to dry slowly and evenly, resulting in a very clean, full, and intense flavor in the cup. This coffee is famous for its distinct, fresh acidity and complex fruity character. Black Honey is a processing method that enhances the fruity character of the bean. It consists of removing the seed from the cherry, but without cleaning the pulp off of it. We allow it to ferment and interact with the seed - which is our future coffee. This process very often results in a fruit bomb.Besides great coffee, Bugoyi is also a place that attracts visitors with amazing views of the lake.Store in a cool and dry place.

COFFEE PLANT - FLOW Mellow Decaf Filter 250g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 03.08.2026

Decaffeinated specialty coffee beans from Brazil and Mexico, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of peanuts, milk chocolate, flowers and dried fruits.Country: Brazil, MexicoMethod of decaffeination: CO2, Mountain Water Process Processing: NaturalFLAVOURExperience full flavour without the caffeine. FLOW Mellow Decaf is a perfectly balanced blend that combines cocoa notes with subtle hints of plum and red apple. Thanks to the combination of beans from Brazil and Mexico, the coffee has a dense, sweet base with a light fruity accent that sneaks up on you.An ideal choice for those who want to enjoy a rich, sweet coffee without caffeine. A great option for any time of day, especially as an everyday pour-over that can be easily prepared in a drip coffee maker. For those who enjoy experimenting, it also brings plenty of joy when brewed manually, allowing even more flavour nuances to shine through.PROCESSINGThe decaffeination process used for our beans is based on two natural and safe methods: CO₂ Washed and Mountain Water Washed. Both techniques remove caffeine while preserving the integrity of the bean and the full spectrum of its natural aromas. In the CO₂ Washed method, green coffee beans are exposed to carbon dioxide under high pressure. CO₂ acts as a selective solvent, binding caffeine molecules without affecting the compounds responsible for the coffee’s flavour and aroma. After the process is complete, the CO₂ is released and the caffeine separated, making this method completely safe, clean, and environmentally friendly. The Mountain Water Washed method, on the other hand, uses pure water from mountain sources. The beans are soaked under controlled conditions, which opens their structure. The water is then circulated repeatedly, washing out the caffeine through a natural difference in concentration. After the process, the beans are carefully dried to restore the proper moisture level. Both methods preserve the authentic character of the coffee, delivering a full, natural taste — without caffeine.BREWINGThe density of decaffeinated coffee differs slightly from that of caffeinated coffee. It’s worth using a little more to enhance mouthfeel. Use 18.5 g of coffee, ground at 19 clicks on a Comandante grinder. Pour water at 98°C according to the following schedule:0:00 – 50 ml0:30 – 120 ml1:00 – 180 ml1:30 – 240 ml2:00 – 300 mlFinish with a gentle stir.Store in a cold and dry space.

You can expect hints of jasmine, apricot, hops and tea.Origin: EthiopiaRegion: YirgacheffeFarm: Aricha Washing StationProcessing: Fully WashedVariety: HeirloomAltitude: 1830-2040 m n.p.m.ABOUT THE REGIONThis coffee comes from the Aricha station in the Yirgacheffe district, in the Gedeo zone. The station is managed by Cherab Betesebu, and the cherries delivered to it come from around 600 local farmers cultivating coffee at altitudes reaching 2,100 meters above sea level. The combination of high altitude, fertile soils, and abundant rainfall creates conditions thanks to which Yirgacheffe has been famous for years for exceptionally valued, aromatic coffees.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGAfter harvesting, ripe cherries are carefully selected and depulped, then fermented for 36–48 hours. After fermentation, the beans are washed, sorted by density, and dried on raised African beds for 12–15 days. Regular turning and protection from intense sun and night moisture help preserve the clarity of the profile, highlighting the clear acidity and delicate florals characteristic of washed coffees from Yirgacheffe.ROASTER'S OPINIONAricha is one of the most valued stations in Yirgacheffe, and its washed lots have been recognized for years as a great example of the region's character. This coffee combines intense jasmine, sweet apricot, and an unusual, hoppy accent that adds originality and complexity. In the aroma, distinct jasmine dominates with a delicate, tea-like note. In flavor, juicy apricot appears, accompanied by a characteristic hoppy accent. As it cools, the profile becomes more tea-like. The coffee has a lively, citrus acidity, fruity sweetness, and a light body, with the overall experience complemented by a medium, slightly citrusy aftertaste.Store in a cool and dry place.

And this fame is well-deserved, as year after year, beans from this cooperative rank among the finest Kenyan coffees.Coffee first appeared in the Rungeto area in the 1950s. As life goes, growers experienced ups and downs, including the rise of the massive Ngariama cooperative and its ultimate collapse. In 1997, 1,150 members of the now-defunct Ngariama cooperative came together to form the Rungeto Cooperative Society and soon reopened three wet mills: Kii (built in 1965), Karimikui (1968), and Kiangoi (1995). Farmers who are members of the cooperative deliver coffee to the mills to process it in sweet water from the Kii River. Thanks to good management, the cooperative has sustained itself, and its membership continues to grow – currently counting 7,800 smallholder farmers who cultivate rich, clay soil at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,800 meters above sea level. Thanks to rigorous cherry selection and the famous Kenyan double fermentation, beans from Rung’eto are clean and intense in flavor.ROASTER'S OPINIONHere is the queen among Kenyan coffees. This is already our fourth season with these beans, and it certainly will not be the last. If you like true Kenya in your Kenyan coffee, you will definitely find it here.Store in a dry and cool place

COFFEE PLANT - Kenya Nguguini Washed Filter 250 g

The cup is dominated by an intense and clear acidity, typical of the finest Kenyan coffees subjected to fully washed processing. Lime and gooseberry give it a lively, crisp character, while notes of caramel, lemonade, and sugar introduce sweetness and help balance the citrus acidity. The bean underwent the classic Kenyan fully washed processing at the Ngugu-ini washing station, which works with over 1,200 coffee farms. The lot features botanical varieties characteristic of the Kenyan profile: SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11. These coffees are grown at an altitude of 1,600–1,650 m a.s.l., which further contributes to building its distinct, fruity, and acidic character.ROASTER'S OPINIONNguguini is another classic this year with a delicate, somewhat surprising twist. Already in the aroma, it leaves no doubt about its Kenyan character — intense notes of citrus and gooseberry create a distinct, acidic profile. Subtle accents of sugar and lemon zest appear in the background, reminiscent of slightly sweetened lemonade.Store in a cool and dry place.

Hard Beans - Costa Rica Los Duran SL28 Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: HARD BEANS

Roasting date: 09.09.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Costa Rica, roasted by Hard Beans roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of cherry, melon and vanilla.Origin: Costa RicaRegion: West ValleyFarm: Los Durán MicromillVariety: SL28Processing: NaturalAltitude: 1600 – 1900 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE REGION AND FARMLos Durán Micromill is located in Sarchí, in the West Valley region. Behind the project is Eduardo Durán along with his three sons: Barney, Kendall, and Arnold. The family has been growing coffee for years, but the next generation brought a new approach to work organization, technology, and processing to the farm. Barney is responsible for daily production and coffee processing. Kendall and Arnold, both software engineers by training, are involved in the development of the family business and its daily operation. The Duráns' farms are divided into several small lots. One of them is El Roble, where SL28 grows alongside Catuaí, Caturra, and new hybrids.A significant step in the farm's development was creating their own micromill right next to the family home. The project was led by Eduardo and Kendall. Thanks to this, the family took control of the stage that largely determines the character of the finished raw material: the selection, preparation, and drying of individual microlots. The micromill was equipped with raised beds and a greenhouse allowing for better control of drying conditions. It is a small scale of production, but a very conscious approach to every batch of coffee.ABOUT THE VARIETYSL28 is one of the varieties most strongly associated with Kenya and East African coffees. It is valued primarily for its high quality potential and distinct sensory profile. At Los Durán, it grows on the El Roble lot, in a completely different environment from the one we usually connect it with. This exact combination is particularly interesting here: Kenyan genetics interpreted by the terroir of the Costa Rican West Valley.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGIn the case of this lot, the natural process was applied, where whole fruits remain around the beans throughout the entire drying period. Ripe cherries are selectively harvested and sorted, and then placed on raised beds. The fruits are spread in a controlled layer and turned regularly to reduce differences in the rate of moisture loss.Drying takes about 21 days, depending on weather conditions. Throughout this time, the skin and pulp remain around the beans. After reaching the appropriate moisture content, the coffee is left to rest, and only later undergoes dry milling and preparation for export. In this method, fruit selection and the drying process itself become particularly important. Too fast or uneven moisture loss can negatively affect the quality of the lot. Having their own micromill allows the Durán family to carry out this stage directly on site and adjust it to the conditions of each lot.RECIPERatio: 60 g of coffee per 1 liter of water Water temperature: 93°C Grind size: medium Brew time: 3:30 minutesMethod: Pour water over the coffee in 5 equal pours (e.g., 5x 60 g) at 30-second intervals. The water between pours should completely drain through the coffee. If the water flows too slowly or too fast, change the grind size to coarser/finer.Remember to use soft, filtered water!Store in a cool and dry place.

Hi! Coffeedesk - Mad Jungle Filter 250 g

Roasting date: 24.09.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Uganda, roasted in Warsaw by CoffeeLab. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of cherry, blueberry, dried fruits, spices, rum and alcohol finish.Origin: UgandaRegion: Rwenzori, Western RegionFarm: Nyabirongo / Agri EvolveVariety: SL14, SL28Processing: NaturalAltitude: 1600–2200 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEENyabirongo is located on the southern slopes of the Rwenzori Mountains in western Uganda. It is an important point for local producers from the Bakonzo people and, at the same time, a quality hub for Agri Evolve, a company that has been working with farmers in the region since 2018. The facility in Nyabirongo has been operating since 2022 and combines both a wet and dry mill, ensuring that quality control covers the entire journey from receiving the cherries to preparing the green coffee for export. This lot is a natural. Ripe cherries are hand-picked, sorted through flotation, and then sealed in fermentation tanks. After fermentation, the coffee is dried in thin layers, and later hulled and sorted. The result? Plenty of fruit, high sweetness, and that characteristic, slightly rum-like finish. A coffee with character. No pretending.ROASTER'S OPINIONThis is Uganda on the darker, more fruity side of the force. It is not "polite." It is sweet and fermenty, with cherry and blueberry at the forefront. It works best as a filter coffee for people who like coffees with a strong processing profile but without a heavy, muddy body. Plenty of flavor. Very little boredom.Store in a dry and cool place.

The brew resembles the flavour of cherry, kombucha and peanut butter.Origin: MexicoRegion: ChiapasProcessing: NaturalVariety: BourbonCupping score: 88 / 100 ABOUT THE COFFEEThere is a lot going on in the cup. Juicy cherries, kombucha, and peanut butter create a profile that surprises from the very first sip. It is intensely fruity, lively, and multidimensional, with high acidity, a creamy body, and a long, remarkably distinctive finish. This is one of those coffees that is hard to confuse with any other. This character is shaped both by the producer and the processing method. Neri Ortiz Perez has been developing his farm for years while supporting local farmers, focusing on quality and conscious processing. Carefully selected cherries undergo a multi-stage fermentation and are then slowly dried on raised beds. The result is a coffee where the fermentation does not overpower the bean, but instead highlights its maximum fruitiness, sweetness, and complexity. We selected this coffee because these are precisely the flavors we look for—bold, unexpected, and memorable. It simply proves that Mexico can surprise even those who think they have seen it all in specialty coffee. It is a lot that brings a smile from the very first cupping and disappears from the cup just as quickly.Store in a dry and cool place.

The coffee trees grow at an altitude of 1,600–1,765 meters above sea level, under the shade of trees, which promotes the slow ripening of the fruit and the development of a complex profile.Over 200 people work permanently on the farm, and during the harvest season, up to 2,000 seasonal workers join them. The farm provides housing, medical care, and education for workers and their families, while focusing on responsible and environmentally friendly farming methods. The name "Mondul" comes from natural springs that have nourished the crops and local communities for generations. Water from these springs is also used for wet processing – after harvesting, ripe cherries are washed and fermented, then dried on raised African beds for about 7 days. This process preserves the clarity of the profile and brings out a delicate floral note, citrus, and tea-like qualities, without unnecessary heaviness or fermented character.ROASTER'S OPINIONIt is rare to come across coffee from a farm that has been operating continuously since 1899. Mondul is precisely such a case – one of the oldest and most recognizable farms in Tanzania, now belonging to Burka Estate at the foot of Mount Meru. The washed process emphasizes the clarity of the profile, allowing delicate florals, citrus, and a tea-like note to shine through. In the aroma, delicate flowers and fresh lemon come to the fore, with a light, tea-like note appearing in the background. In flavor, stone fruits build sweetness, while lemon brings a refreshing, medium acidity that does not dominate the profile. The finish remains gently tea-like. The coffee has a soft, velvety body, making it light and balanced.Store in a cool and dry place.
COFFEE PLANT - FLOW Mellow Decaf Filter 800g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 03.08.2026

Decaffeinated specialty coffee beans from Brazil and Mexico, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of peanuts, milk chocolate, flowers and dried fruits.Country: Brazil, MexicoMethod of decaffeination: CO2 Washed, Mountain Water ProcessFLAVOURExperience full flavour without the caffeine.

What we have here is the essence of Rwandan terroir – the cherries ripen on mineral-rich volcanic soils and at impressive altitudes exceeding 2000 meters above sea level. Nova Coffee, in turn, is the washing station and export company owned by Agnes and Felix Mukamushinja, who coordinate the entire enterprise. In 2024, they won first place in the prestigious Best of Rwanda competition with their coffee.ABOUT THE COFFEE BEAN PROCESSING ON THE FARMAll the fruit is harvested by the female producers by hand and with great care – years of practice and training have borne fruit (pun intended) in an extremely selective picking, resulting in perfectly ripe cherries. The lot is processed as a "classic" washed coffee. The fruit undergoes depulping, after which it goes into a tank for over 24 hours where fermentation takes place. This is followed by washing and then straight to drying.ROASTER'S OPINIONIt is no coincidence that we are hosting Bukure for another season in a row – this is a textbook example of a Rwandan coffee pampered at every stage. The essence of the washed coffee profile from this small part of the world.Store in a dry and cool place.

The brew resembles the flavour of wild strawberry, pitaya and flowers.Origin: El SalvadorRegion: Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountain RangeFarm: Finca La Siberia Processing: Double Anaerobic NaturalVariety: BatianCupping score: 87 / 100 It is not every day that you come across a coffee that is a bit of an experiment. Even less often does such an experiment end in success. In the cup, we detect juicy wild strawberry, subtly exotic pitaya, and elegant floral notes. It is sooooo smooth to drink.ABOUT THE FARM AND PROCESSINGAt Finca La Siberia in 2019, the Silva family planted the Batian varietal—a coffee tree bred in Kenya for resistance and high cup quality. El Salvador is not its natural home, but that is precisely what made the whole story even more interesting. It turned out that the volcanic soils, cool climate, and high elevation of the farm bring out a truly impressive potential from this varietal. The name of the farm itself has character too. The founders decided that the place felt like... Siberia. This was due to the chilly mornings, high elevation, and challenging terrain. It is hard to argue with them—the coffee clearly thrives in these conditions. The cherries ripen slowly, building a higher concentration of sugars, and then undergo a Double Anaerobic Fermentation process. It sounds like the name of a progressive metal band, but in practice, it means a double controlled anaerobic fermentation that adds even more depth, intensity, and complexity to the coffee. The result? A coffee that shows it is worth taking a risk sometimes. Batian found a second home in El Salvador, and we were delighted to find a spot for it in our roaster.Store in a cool, dry place.
