ABOUT THE COFFEE
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Banko Gotiti comes from small, family-run farms associated with the Banko Gotiti cooperative in Gedeb. The cooperative has been operating since 2012 and today connects around 350 farmers. This is a place known for truly strict selection—and you can definitely taste it in the cup.This lot is processed as washed. After harvesting, the cherries are sorted by hand, then depulped and washed, followed by a short fermentation. Finally, the parchment coffee goes to raised beds, where it dries peacefully over a few days.In the cup, it is clean, light, and very juicy. Plenty of florals, orange, and raspberry, plus a nice tea-like structure. A classic Ethiopia, but one of those you should slow down for—a lot is happening here, and everything is right where it belongs.

We hunted down two coffees that differ only in their processing method! Here we have the washed—lots of florals, juicy orange, and raspberry in the profile. Clean, crisp, and juicy! As a second round, we recommend its opposite—the same coffee, but natural processed. GET THEM ALL!
