ABOUT THE COFFEE


This coffee underwent a double fermentation process: first, for 36 hours as whole cherries, and then, after depulping, it was subjected to dry fermentation for another 36 hours. Following this process, the coffee was sun-dried on raised beds until it reached a moisture level of 11%.
