Specialty-grade whole-bean coffee from Colombia, roasted by the Polish roastery Paloma. Light roast – perfect for pour-over brewing methods such as drip, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, batch brewers, and other alternative methods. In the cup, you’ll find notes of caramel, milk chocolate, rose and oolong tea.

ABOUT THE COFFEE
This coffee underwent a double fermentation process: first, for 36 hours as whole cherries, and then, after depulping, it was subjected to dry fermentation for another 36 hours. Following this process, the coffee was sun-dried on raised beds until it reached a moisture level of 11%.
