The cafeteria's name was Bar Roma, which also became the name of this premium 100% arabica coffee blend.It was and still is a very mild blend of fine washed and natural coffees, specially selected at the estates in the countries of origin, and it produces a very sweet espresso with a smooth body. Such conditions favor the slow ripening of the cherries, allowing the beans to gradually develop their natural potential.Coffee trees grow among traditional, diverse crops that provide natural shade. The cherries are harvested by hand, and only fully ripe cherries are selected for further processing. Subsequently, they are processed using the natural method on raised beds, where they require regular turning and careful monitoring throughout the entire drying period.
