Jungle Fruit is an intense, refreshing, and very fruity coffee. Its sweetness is best highlighted with classic proportions to keep the flavor balanced. Use 18 g of coffee ground at 20 clicks on a Comandante grinder. Pour water at 98°C, using the following brewing steps:
0:00 – 50 ml
0:30 – 120 ml
1:00 – 180 ml
1:30 – 240 ml
2:00 – 300 ml
At the end, gently stir.
