specialty coffee from. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of almond, caramel and red apple.Origin: ColombiaRegion: Palestina, Huila Farm: CADEFIHUILAVariety: Caturra, TabiProcessing: WashedAltitude: 1700 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE REGION AND THE FARMThe municipality of Palestina is a unique place: it is called the "water and forest factory" of the Huila region. It is characterized by two types of climate: cold and temperate, and coffees from this area differ from the rest of Huila – they are more acidic and delicate, with distinct fruity notes. Our coffee comes from a selected group of producers from the upper part of the municipality of Palestina, located at an altitude of approximately 1700 meters above sea level. This group of farmers has specialized in cultivating varieties such as Tabi and Caturra. Cooperativa Departamental de Caficultores del Huila Ltda. CADEFIHUILA is a non-profit organization and one of the most important coffee cooperatives in Colombia. Its reach covers 27 municipalities, where a support network operates consisting of 45 coffee purchase points, 46 fertilizer stores, 36 agricultural supply stores, 16 permanent cupping laboratories, one mobile laboratory, and 7 points offering drying services. CADEFIHUILA implements programs aimed at achieving high production standards on farms. These standards are based on codes of conduct such as Fairtrade, Rainforest, 4C, and C.A.F.E. Practices. The development of certification processes for these specialized coffees allows the cooperative to meet market demand for coffee purchased under specific conditions.ABOUT THE VARIETYCaturra is a coffee variety that originated as a natural mutation of the Bourbon variety. It was discovered on a plantation in the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil between 1915 and 1918. The name "Caturra" comes from the word "Guarani", which means "small". This variety is characterized by the short stature of the plant. Due to its small size and closely spaced branches, it can be planted close together, which increases the yield per given area. Caturra contributed to the intensification of coffee cultivation, especially in Central America, where it was introduced into cultivation in the 1940s. This variety also played a significant role in breeding coffee plants resistant to coffee leaf rust, contributing to the creation of the "Catimor" family of varieties. Tabi is a relatively young variety, created in Colombia as a cross between Bourbon, Typica, and the disease-resistant Timor Hybrid variety. The word "Tabi" comes from the language of the indigenous people of Colombia and means "peace" or "life".ABOUT THE PROCESSINGThe coffee undergoes a traditional washing process, which begins with harvesting ripe cherries, weighing them, and leaving them for 24 hours in a processing tank. Next, the beans are depulped and placed in a water tank, where they are rinsed twice after about 12 hours. Finally, the coffee is dried in the sun or mechanically, depending on the producer's capabilities.Store in a dry and cool place.

Decaffeinated whole-bean coffee from Brazil roasted by Arcaffe in Italy. Medium roast, perfect for espresso machines and moka pots. 100% selected arabica beans - delicate, light, yet flavourful. In 1975 the Meschini family decided to come up with an excellent decaffeinated coffee to offer it to coffee lovers who wanted to avoid the effects of caffeine but did not want to give up on their coffee break.Kuz became the name of our 100% arabica decaf originating from Brazil and offering the pleasure of a delicate, light, yet flavourful coffee. The decaffeination of Arcaffè Kuz coffee uses ethyl acetate, which selectively removes caffeine while preserving the other components responsible for the coffee's flavor and aroma. As a result, the coffee retains its organoleptic properties, comparable to regular coffee. Ethyl acetate residues are minimal, and due to its natural presence in coffee beans and its harmlessness to health, this process is entirely safe.Coffee is packed in a protective atmosphere using nitrogen which further reduces the possibility of oxidation.Store in a cold and dry space.

Roasting date: 13.10.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by Heresy roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of bilberry, sweet citrus, flowers and chocolate.Origin: ColombiaRegion: CaucaFarm: El Tambo Processing: WashedAltitude: 1900 - 2150 m n. p. m.Cupping score: 86 / 100 pktABOUT THE FARM AND COFFEE PRODUCERSThis exceptionally clean and complex lot is the result of the work of four small producers from the Cauca region. Willian Hoyos, Julián Sandoval, Rubén Castillo, and Yovany Muñoz grow coffee on several-hectare farms in the El Tambo micro-region, located west of the capital of the Cauca department, Popayán.The phenomenal quality of their coffee is driven by the following synergy of factors:the microclimate of El Tambo and cultivation at elevations exceeding 2,000 meters above sea level result in slower cherry maturation, while lower humidity facilitates the drying process: processed coffee loses moisture in a predictable and controlled manner,a well-thought-out and precisely planned system of pruning and thinning older, less productive parts of the coffee trees to ensure optimal airflow and sunlight penetration, the producers’ modern knowledge of fertilization combined with a traditional practice locally known as “re-re,” which involves selectively harvesting overripe, underripe, or dried cherries and leaving them on the ground near the coffee trees. As a result, more pests feed on this “waste” instead of attacking healthy plants, and, of course, a conscious and strict selection of cherries harvested at optimal ripeness, supported by years of experience in fermentation and drying processes.Harvesting is carried out exclusively by local residents, who form the core of the community of several small villages in El Tambo. This community has naturally developed over generations around the continuous, seasonal cycle of coffee cultivation.ABOUT COFFEE PROCESSING ON THE FARMCastillo variety, hand-picked, with the beans separated from the fruit immediately after harvest. Fermented in tanks for approximately 36 hours, then washed up to three times to completely remove any remaining mucilage from the parchment. Slowly dried for about 15 days on raised beds. Homogenized and stabilized for a further several days.ROASTER’S NOTEA time machine. I remember this profile of washed Colombian coffee from a decade ago. Then it disappeared for a few years, or became much harder to find. But it’s back again. Multi-layered, elegant, vibrant, and soft. Everything here evokes ripe, juicy fruit.Store in a cold and dry space.

However, the Bayter family has rapidly transformed the plantation into one of the most advanced in the industry in terms of complex processing and cultivating a whole range of select, highly sought-after botanical varieties, such as Geisha, Pink Bourbon, Laurina, or Pacamara.Currently, El Vergel is conducting continuous research on bacteria and yeast to achieve even greater precision in controlling fermentation, and consequently, modulating flavor. In addition to coffee production, the Bayters are the force behind Forest, a company involved in both the export and import of green coffees, which means we were able to purchase this coffee directly, without any intermediaries.ABOUT THE COFFEE PROCESSING ON THE FARMThe Caturra variety, hand-picked, processed as washed, and decaffeinated using the sugarcane method with ethyl acetate, which reduces the caffeine content to approximately 0.1%.ROASTER'S OPINIONHonest truth – in a blind tasting, we would have trouble realizing this is a decaf. It tastes like top-tier, classic washed Colombias. Distinct, crisp fruit, high sweetness, chocolatey notes in the aftertaste. Top-notch!Store in a cool and dry place.

Roasting date: 13.10.2026

Some 75% of all coffee produced in the world comes from Brazil, the vast majority being commercial grand blends from around the region. In the world of speciality coffee, we have to deal with those as well. That's why we created the Antidote, a coffee that is an antidote to the flood of santos, cerrados, and other coffees, that are far from transparent and demonstrating the producer's role in the whole process. This is for fans of the classics who do not let go of quality. For those who value true fair trade. The first classic brazil in our range!Specialty quality bean coffee, roasted at Heresy roastery by the 2020 Roasting Runner-up. Most co-operatives in the country are made up of hundreds or thousands of producers, whose role is often limited to just supplying the coffee, nothing else. San Coffee is made up of only 20 producers who also own the company, with equally distributed shares of 5% each. We have been working with them since the very beginning of Heresy, presenting fruity microlots like Taquaral, Campo Alegre and Samambaia. This time it's time for the classic product of their work!ROASTER'S COMMENTIn the cup as classically as possible. Acidity practically invisible, shadow work. Chocolate and nuts in the liquid form. You know what I mean!PACKAGINGThe coffee is packed in a brown jar made of PET, 100% recyclable or reusable. In case you're thinking "oh no, plastic!", bear in mind that standard coffee packaging is also made of plastic (and a few other materials, making it often harder to recycle). We also thought about glass, but it's heavier, more expensive, breakable and, wait for it, has the same or greater (sic!) environmental impact! A plastic jar turns out to be pretty eco-friendly, just remember to put it in the right container, or find a creative way to reuse it at home.Store in a cold and dry space.

The vast area sits at high altitudes, and its fertile volcanic soil and constant water source create diverse climate bands and arable land. The exceptional terroir ensures the production of high-quality coffee with rich flavor profiles.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGEthyl acetate is a naturally occurring ester used to bind and remove caffeine from green coffee. The coffee is sorted and steamed for 30 minutes to open the pores of the beans and prepare them for decaffeination. It is then placed in a solution of water and ethyl acetate, where the E.A. acid begins to bind with chlorogenic acid salts inside the seeds. The tank is drained and refilled until caffeine is no longer detectable. The seeds are steamed again to remove any traces of ethyl acetate, then dried.Store in a cool, dry place.

On different plots, he cultivates varieties such as Gesha, Pink Bourbon, and Castillo, constantly developing processing methods to search for even higher quality coffee. This specific lot of Gesha was selected from among the best coffees in the Nariño region during the La Mejor Taza de Nariño competition. It then went to the auction of the best lots, where it was won by Adam Laska — co-owner of the KAFAR roastery — who had previously participated in the competition as a judge.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGThe processing starts with the manual harvesting of fully ripe cherries. Next, the coffee undergoes a four-day anaerobic fermentation in sealed jute bags kept in the cool climate of the Alta Clara region. The next stage is an eight-day anaerobic fermentation in airtight steel tanks, which deepens the sweetness, texture, and complexity of the sensory profile. After fermentation, the coffee is dried for 15–20 days in parabolic dryers, which ensures uniform airflow. The final stage is manual selection and a 15-day stabilization period in jute bags.In the cup, the coffee presents an elegant and refined character with notes of guava, sweet cherry, and muscovado sugar, supported by a creamy texture and a long, sweet finish. This is a limited lot created for the most demanding consumers who brew coffee using filter methods.Store in a dry and cool place.

Heresy - Antidotum Espresso 252g

Manufacturer: HERESY

Dark roast, designed for espresso, café or cup brewing.  A profile with a classic Brazilian flavour, with nut and chocolate notes, in the highest quality.Country: BrazilProducer: 20 members of San Coffee CooperativeFarm: San CoffeeVarietal: mundo novo, topazio, catuaiProcessing: naturalAltitude: 900 - 1200 m a.s.l.PROCESSING20 manufacturers, the same natural processing technique calibrated between them. Thanks to close cooperation and rigid standards, each lot is processed and dried in an almost identical manner.THE FARMSan Coffee is a rarity in Brazil.
Bracia Ziółkowscy - Bolivia Mairana Washed filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BRACIA ZIÓŁKOWSCY

Roasting date: 09.09.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Bolivia, roasted by Bracia Ziółkowscy roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of red fruits, apple, flowers and marzipan.Origin: BoliviaRegion: Prowincja Florida, SamaipataFarm: Leonardo GarciaVariety: IPRProcessing: WashedAltitude: 1650 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 87 / 100ABOUT THE COFFEEMairana is located in the Santa Cruz Department, on the eastern slopes of the Andes, adjacent to Amboró National Park. It is a much less known coffee-growing region in Bolivia than Yungas, but in recent years it has been increasingly marking its presence on the specialty coffee map. Leonardo Garcia grows coffee here at an altitude of 1,650 meters above sea level. In the bag, you will find beans of the IPR 103 variety – a cross between Catuaí and Icatu bred in Brazil. It is characterized by high productivity, copes well with heat and less fertile soils, and shows good resistance to coffee leaf rust. IPR 103 has taken root particularly well in the Santa Cruz region and is today one of the most important varieties cultivated there.ROASTER'S OPINIONA phenomenon – Kenyan notes submerged in marzipan. Very fruity, floral, with a long lingering aftertaste. On top of that, a rarely found origin. A must-try!Store in a cool and dry place.
