ABOUT THE COFFEE
This exceptional Brazil from the Cerrado Mineiro region presents a complex flavor profile, combining the creamy sweetness of cashews with ripe peach and a distinct, liqueur-like accent of rum. The beans come from the Vivir farm, run by sisters Virginia and Viviane Veloso. The co-owners of our roastery, Błażej Walczykiewicz and Adam Laska, had the opportunity to visit the Veloso family in person in January of this year, establishing a direct connection with them. The coffee was added to our offer thanks to a partnership with Unroasted. We recommend it primarily for filter brew methods.
