Trigger - Colombia El Indio Natural Decaf Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: TRIGGER

Whole-bean specialty decaffeinated coffee from Colombia, roasted by Trigger roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of chocolate, lime and red fruits.Country: ColombiaRegion: TolimaFarm: El IndioProcessing: NaturalMethod of decaffeination: SugarcaneAltitude: 1500-2150 m a.s.l.Variety: CaturraCupping score: 87 / 100ABOUT THE COFFEE AND PROCESSINGA decaf from Tolima that doesn't apologize for being a decaf. This lot comes from the Planadas region in Tolima, Colombia – grown at an altitude of 1500–2150 meters above sea level on volcanic, clay soil by about 175 families gathered in local agricultural associations. Tolima regularly appears in the Cup of Excellence, and for good reason – the region delivers coffees with a distinct character and a clean profile. The coffee is decaffeinated using the sugarcane ethyl acetate method – not chemically, but using a natural solvent derived from sugarcane. The green beans enter a steam chamber, are then soaked in spring water, and spend 8 hours in direct contact with ethyl acetate, which dissolves the caffeine while leaving the rest untouched. The result: coffee that tastes like coffee.ROASTER'S OPINIONEl Indio is a decaf that doesn't act like a decaf. Lime acidity, red fruits, and a chocolate finish – everything is in place, only caffeine is missing. The sugarcane EA method preserves what's best in the coffee, removing only what led someone to reach for decaf in the first place. Recommended without warnings. Trigger - Colombia Limited Bourbon Sidra Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: TRIGGER

Roasting date: 30.06.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by Trigger roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of orange, pear and kiwi.Country: ColombiaRegion: HuilaFarm: El DivisioProcessing: NaturalAltitude: 1850 m a.s.l.Variety: Bourbon SidraCupping score: 88 / 100ABOUT THE COFFEE Tropical, multi-layered, and complex in flavor, making every sip a new experience. It is characterized by juicy fruit notes and distinct sweetness, while remaining clean in taste and very pleasant to drink. This lot comes from El Diviso, a family-owned farm in Huila managed by Nestor Lasso, grown at an altitude of 1850 meters above sea level on fertile volcanic soils. El Diviso is one of the most acclaimed farms in the Colombian specialty coffee industry, known for combining traditional cultivation knowledge with a scientific approach to fermentation and drying. The Bourbon Sidra undergoes a multi-stage natural process: after selective hand-picking and flotation, the cherries undergo a 36-hour oxidation process, followed by a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation. Next, the leachate from the cherries is collected and reused in a subsequent 36-hour submerged fermentation with continuous recirculation, finished with a thermal shock. Drying takes place in sealed, air-conditioned stainless steel dehumidifying equipment to preserve all aromatic compounds.ROASTER'S OPINIONPineapple, lychee, and melon give the coffee a distinct, multi-layered fruity character, while the delicate acidity of mandarin orange makes the whole cup crisp and full of life. The flavor is clean, expressive, and full of energy, and the long aftertaste continues to surprise. It is complex and distinct, yet balanced and very pleasant in taste – one of the most exciting Colombian coffees we have ever tasted.V60 RECIPEwater temperature: 92 degrees Celsius,300 g water,21 g coffee, grind size 7 (Fellow Ode II)Blooming 75 g water pour: 0-0:10,150 g water pour: 0:30-0:40,225 g water pour: 1:00-1:10,300 g water pour: 1:30-1:40.All water should finish drawdown around 2:10 - 2:20.ROYAL BEANSWhat’s behind the name Royal Beans? Trigger - Colombia Pitalito Co-fermented Rose Tea Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: TRIGGER

Roasting date: 17.07.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by Trigger roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of rose tea.Country: ColombiaRegion: PitalitoFarm: AmberaProcessing: Co-fermented Rose TeaAltitude: 1400-1700 m a.s.l.Variety: Pink BourbonCupping score: 87 / 100ABOUT THE COFFEEFloral, delicate, and with a clarity that makes every sip feel intentional. It stands out for its notes of rose and almond, while remaining clean and very pleasant in taste. This lot comes from the Ambera estate in Pitalito in the Huila department, one of the most dynamic specialty coffee growing regions in southern Colombia. This region is located between the Andean mountain ranges, at an altitude of 1400–1700 meters above sea level, where lower temperatures and volcanic soils slow down the ripening of the coffee cherries and promote dense, high-quality beans. This Pink Bourbon lot is processed using co-fermentation with rose tea, which enhances the natural floral character of this variety and gives the brew a distinctive aroma.ROASTER'S OPINIONRose and floral notes give the brew an aromatic, tea-like character, while almonds add delicacy and a mild sweetness. The taste is clean, sophisticated, and distinct, and the long aftertaste makes all the notes blend harmoniously together. It is expressive and unique, yet mild and pleasant in taste – an excellent Colombian coffee for those who appreciate floral notes and lightness.V60 RECIPEwater temperature: 94 degrees Celsius,300 g water,21 g coffee, grind size 7 (Fellow Ode II)Blooming 75 g water pour: 0-0:10,150 g water pour: 0:30-0:40,225 g water pour: 1:00-1:10,300 g water pour: 1:30-1:40. All water should finish drawdown around 2:10 - 2:20.Store in a dry and cool place.

YOCO - Colombia Cherry Honey Filter 250 g

Roasting date: 25.05.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by YOCO. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of cherry, amaretto, citrus fruits, brown spices, liquorice and anise.Origin: ColombiaRegion: Hulia-Tolima-CaldasFarm: El Vergel EstateVariety: CaturraProcessing: Honey+ Cherry Altitude: 1750 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 88 / 100 ABOUT THE PROCESSThe process begins with a 48-hour anaerobic pre-fermentation of the cherries in plastic bags, which supports the development of the initial flavor. After depulping, the beans, still in their mucilage, are co-fermented with yeast and cherry flavors to enhance their fruity profile. The fermentation is enriched with sugar cane, which increases the sugar content and intensifies the five-day fermentation. Once the fermentation is complete, the beans are pre-dried in the sun and then mechanically in static silos. After a 30-day stabilization period, the flavors merge, resulting in a complex, well-balanced coffee.
