ROASTER'S OPINION

This was my first encounter with the Tabi variety, and I was instantly hooked. It’s extremely fruity, and the natural anaerobic processing brings out plenty of notes of dried, ripe fruit. It has a very pronounced body and a clear, pleasant acidity. Whenever I’m in the mood for a natural on steroids, this is the one I reach for.
