ABOUT THE FARM
Horizon Supreme is a processing station located in the hills of southern Rwanda, used by coffee producers from the village of Kigoma. The station was established in 2006, but remained inactive for a long time until Leo Fidele Ndagijimana took it over in 2018. Fidele repaired and modernized the machinery, using his experience in managing stations in western Rwanda to establish new processing standards. He named the station "Horizon" to reflect his vision of producing exceptional coffee.
Fun fact: the station has become a positive element in the community – it employs over ninety local residents, with women making up 70% of the staff. Additionally, 1,200 smallholder farmers within a 2 km radius of the station deliver their harvests to it.
