Our coffee comes from crops grown in the Santa Rosa region, specifically the Ayarza subregion in Guatemala. These areas feature fertile volcanic soils and high elevations, which are ideal for growing high-quality coffee. The climate allows the coffee to ripen slowly, contributing to the enhancement of its distinct flavors.
The Regional Select program enables local coffee producers to sell a larger portion of their harvest to the same buyers. This not only ensures price and market stability for them, but also offers an opportunity to gain recognition and receive valuable feedback on their products.
