You can expect hints of forest berries, apricot, bubble gum, hard candies, passion fruit and rhubarb.Country: GuatemalaRegion: AlotenangoFarm: AlotenangoProcessing: NaturalVarietal: Bourbon, Catuai, CaturraAltitude: 1400 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEGuatemala Alotenango is a coffee for alternative brewing methods that delights with an intense, juicy, and very fruity character. In the cup, you will find notes of forest fruits, apricot, passion fruit, rhubarb, as well as sweet hard candies and bubble gum. Natural processing gives it a full body, distinct sweetness, and a rich, multilayered aroma – ideal for those looking for coffees with a modern, bold profile. Guatemala Alotenango is an offering for lovers of expressive and unconventional filter coffees. Right from the first sip, it delights with intense fruitiness that combines juicy forest fruits, ripe apricot, exotic passion fruit, and crisp rhubarb. The whole is complemented by sweet associations with hard candies and bubble gum, giving the cup an exceptionally dessert-like and surprising character. This is a coffee of high intensity, full body, and a long, sweet finish.ABOUT PROCESSINGSuch a rich flavor profile is thanks to the natural processing method, one of the oldest and most demanding coffee preparation techniques. The process begins with careful hand-picking of exclusively fully ripe, red coffee fruits. Next, the fruits are thoroughly sorted – first all impurities are removed, and then selection is carried out in water, which discards fruits that are too light (unripe) or damaged. After selection, the whole fruits go onto African beds, where multi-day drying begins. Unlike washed coffees, the beans remain closed inside the fruit throughout this entire time. Naturally occurring sugars, acids, and aromatic compounds from the skin and pulp gradually penetrate the beans, building their characteristic sweetness and complexity. To ensure drying proceeds evenly and to prevent uncontrolled fermentation, the fruits are turned regularly up to a dozen times a day, and the entire process is constantly monitored for temperature and humidity.Drying usually lasts from a few to even several weeks – until the fruits reach an appropriately low moisture level. Only then are the dried skin and pulp mechanically removed in the hulling process, revealing green beans ready for further sorting, resting, and preparation for roasting. The result of this time-consuming method is a coffee with exceptional aroma intensity, velvety body, and clear, fruity sweetness. In Guatemala Alotenango, this translates into a juicy cup full of forest fruits, apricot, and passion fruit, with the pleasant acidity of rhubarb and a candy accent of hard candies and bubble gum. This is a coffee that shows how much character well-executed natural processing can bring out.Store in a cool, dry place.

You can expect hints of stone fruit, citrus fruits and white chocolate.Country: Kenya, BrazilRegion: Cerrado/NyeriFarm: Kiamambara Washing StationVarietal: Mundo Nuovo, SL28, SL34Processing: Natural CO2/Fully WashedAltitude: 1050 - 1760 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEIn the package you will find a blend of Brazilian Mundo Novo beans from the Cerrado region and Kenyan SL28 and SL34 varieties from the Nyeri region, processed using the fully washed method. The dry, sunny conditions of Cerrado favor stable natural processing, giving the beans a clean, chocolate-forward character, while the Kenyan beans, fermented and dried on raised beds, develop a pronounced citrus acidity. The combination of these two components creates a harmonious chocolate-citrus profile with delicate notes of stone fruit.PROCESSINGAfter being imported to Europe, the Brazilian beans were decaffeinated using the supercritical CO₂ method, which selectively removes caffeine with minimal impact on the aroma and structure of the beans. As a result, LOW Juicy Fruit retains its full flavor, medium body, high sweetness, and lightly sparkling acidity, leading to a long, chocolate-citrus finish. We also verified the caffeine level in the final brew prepared according to the V60 protocol. In 250 g of brewed coffee, we measured 64.1 mg of caffeine, representing approximately a 70% reduction compared to the fully caffeinated version.ROASTER'S OPINIONStore in a cold and dry space.

BeMyBean - Costa Rica Helen La Manga Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 10.08.2026

A whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Costa Rica, roasted by BeMyBean from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of cherry yogurt, Belgian chocolate, mirabelle plum and stracciatella.Country: Costa RicaRegion: San VitoFarm: Helen La MangaProcessing: NaturalVarietal: CaturraAltitude: 1600 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEECosta Rica Helen La Manga is a coffee for those who enjoy juicy, dessert-like, and intense cups. In the flavor profile, you will find associations with cherry yogurt, Belgian chocolate, mirabelle plum, and stracciatella ice cream. Medium-high intensity and natural processing make the brew body full, sweet, and long-lasting on the palate.Note: this coffee visibly improves with time. We recommend waiting a minimum of 10 days from the roast date before brewing it. The San Vito region, located in southern Costa Rica at the foot of the Coto Brus mountains, is famous for its exceptional coffee-growing conditions. Large temperature differences between day and night, abundant rainfall, and clearly marked dry and rainy seasons allow the fruit to ripen slowly, developing a complex sweetness and rich aroma. That is right where Costa Rica Helen La Manga comes from – a coffee that delights with its dessert character and juicy fruitiness. In the cup, notes of cherry yogurt, Belgian chocolate, mirabelle plum, and stracciatella ice cream dominate. The whole forms a creamy, sweet profile with a pleasant fruity freshness that balances the intensity of the brew. This coffee is full-bodied, expressive, and extremely satisfying.ABOUT PROCESSINGThis character is partly due to the natural processing method. The process begins with the hand-picking of exclusively ripe, dark red coffee cherries. Next, the fruit is thoroughly sorted. Unripe, damaged, or overly light cherries are removed using a water bath, during which lower-density fruits float to the surface. After selection, the whole fruits go onto elevated drying beds or patios, where they remain for several weeks. During this time, neither the skin nor the pulp is removed – the bean dries inside the fruit. To ensure the process runs evenly and without the risk of defect-causing fermentation, the fruits are turned regularly, and their moisture level and temperature are constantly monitored. As the water evaporates, natural sugars and aromatic compounds from the pulp gradually penetrate the beans, building their characteristic sweetness and fruity depth.Once the fruits reach the appropriate moisture level, they are left to stabilize so that humidity distributes evenly inside the bean. Only then are the dried skin and pulp mechanically removed in the hulling process. The final stage is a ultimate selection of beans by size, density, and quality before they reach the roastery. The result of this carefully conducted processing is a coffee with a rich structure, distinct sweetness, and an intense dessert-fruity character. In Costa Rica Helen La Manga, this translates into a flavor reminiscent of cherry yogurt and mirabelle plum, complemented by notes of Belgian chocolate and stracciatella that linger on the palate long after the last sip.Store in a cool, dry place.

The flavor profile features notes of fig, red currant and milk chocolate.Country of origin: Costa RicaRegion: TarrazuVariety: CaturraProcessing method: NaturalCupping score: 87 / 100Altitude:  1800-1900 m a.s.l.Natural revolutionWhen it comes to coffee from Hellen, we started this season on a high note with a Geisha, and now we present to you Caturra. Although it was born in Brazil, it made a real career in Colombia, and later precisely in Costa Rica. According to World Coffee Research and Perfect Daily Grind, it is an absolute classic and a benchmark against which other modern botanical varieties are evaluated. What is worth knowing about it?Compact growth: Caturra possesses a dwarfism gene. The shrubs are short and stocky, which allows farmers to plant them more densely and makes harvesting the cherries much easier.A demanding patient: The price for high yield is poor health. Caturra is extremely susceptible to coffee leaf rust (roya) and pests, meaning it requires a great deal of attention, knowledge, and care from the farmer.Cup profile: Grown at the right altitude, it rewards you with brilliant quality. Expect a multi-dimensional, vibrant, and clean citric acidity, a medium body, and a distinct sweetness with notes of chocolate, caramel, and juicy fruits. No genetic modifications in a laboratory – a pure, natual revolution that changed the map of the specialty coffee world. Enjoy!Store in a cold and dry space.

It does most of the work here: providing chocolate, nut, sweetness, and a calm body. An espresso classic. Without edgy acidity. Without pretending that morning coffee needs to be a research project.ABOUT THE COFFEEThe Brazil comes from the Mogiana region and is naturally processed. In the blend, it is responsible for the base: milk chocolate, hazelnut, cocoa, and a smooth profile. Peru Negrisa, making up 20% of the mix, adds a bit of freshness. It is a washed Typica, hand-picked and sun-dried, featuring a citric acidity, smooth body, and notes of stone fruits. The result is simple: the espresso is meant to be sweet, full-bodied, and suitable for everyday life, but not flat.ROASTER'S OPINIONESKO! is a coffee for everyday espresso. The kind that is supposed to work in the morning, in the afternoon, and whenever the espresso machine is already waiting and you just don't feel like analyzing life. Brazil provides the foundation: chocolate, nut, and body. Peru throws in a touch of fruit and a cleaner finish. Very good solo. Very good with milk. Straightforward.Store in a dry and cool place.

The profile is deep, elegant, and multidimensional—with clear sweetness, a velvety body, and a harmonious finish. Every sip reveals consecutive layers of flavor, keeping the coffee interesting from the first moment to the last sip. Such a profile effectively makes it easier to answer the question: "One more cup?"ABOUT THE PROCESSING AND THE FARMThis profile is influenced by both the terroir of the high-altitude region of Nueva Segovia and the processing method. The coffee cherries underwent a brief Carbonic Maceration fermentation in small, strictly controlled batches. This process allows for the precise extraction of the natural sweetness and complexity of the fruit without the risk of heavy, fermentative notes dominating. Next, the fruit was dried on shaded, raised beds, laid out in a thin layer. Slow and even drying helps preserve the clarity of the profile, the intensity of flavor, and the velvety texture for which the best CM Natural processed coffees are famous. This is another coffee season from the La Bendición farm that we reach for with complete confidence. In previous years, beans from Don Liberato and Sergio Jarquin proved that they can delight not only with their character, but above all with consistently high quality. This year's harvest confirms that this is a producer worth following.ROYAL BEANSWhat’s behind the name Royal Beans? Whole-bean specialty coffee from Bolivia, roasted by Figa Coffee roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of yellow fruits, green tea and toffee.Country: BoliviaRegion: Chojñapampa, La PazFarm: Farmer: Hernando MachacaProcessing: WashedAltitude: 1550 m a.s.l.Variety: Red CatuaiABOUT THE FARMHernando Machaca is the owner of the Finca Machaca coffee plantation, located in the municipality of Chojñapampa in the department of La Paz. The region is famous for its lush landscapes and favorable conditions for coffee cultivation. Despite the challenges faced by small producers in Bolivia, such as access to a market dominated by larger buyers, Hernando maintains high quality standards in his production, supports the local community by preserving traditional farming methods, and promotes economic development in the spirit of sustainable practices.Fun fact: Coffee was likely introduced to Bolivia by enslaved people from Africa. The first mentions date back to the 18th century and refer to estates in the Yungas region, where it was cultivated and consumed by landowners. Coffee cultivation expanded on the largest scale in the 1970s and 1980s due to a national plan to diversify crops and avoid complete dependence on coca crops.Store in a cool, dry place.
Heresy - Illuminati Blend Espresso 1001 g

Manufacturer: HERESY

Roasting date: 01.09.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia and Honduras, roasted by Heresy roasting brand. Dark roast, perfect for espresso machines and moka pots. You can expect hints of caramel, jam chocolate, dried fruits and wine.Origin: Colombia, HondurasRegion: Cauca / Santa BarbaraFarm: El Tambo / Javier FernandezProcessing: Washed / Fermented HoneyAltitude: 2050 / 1600 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 86 / 100 ABOUT THE FARM AND THE COFFEE PRODUCEREl TamboThis exceptionally clean and complex lot is the result of the work of four small-scale producers from the Cauca region. Willian Hoyos, Julián Sandoval, Rubén Castillo, and Yovany Muñoz cultivate coffee on several-hectare farms in the El Tambo micro-region, located west of Popayan, the capital of the Cauca department. The following synergy of factors makes the quality of their raw material so phenomenal:the microclimate in El Tambo and the cultivation altitude reaching above 2,000 meters result in slower cherry ripening, while lower humidity facilitates the drying process: the processed coffee loses water in a predictable and controlled manner,a thoughtful and precisely planned system of pruning and thinning older, less productive parts of the coffee trees to ensure optimal air throughput and sunlight, the producers' modern knowledge of fertilization combined with a traditional practice known locally as “re-re,” which involves the selective harvesting of overripe, undeveloped, or dried fruits and leaving them on the ground by the trees: thanks to this, more pests feed on the “waste” instead of attacking healthy batches, and, of course, conscious, restrictive cherry picking at the optimal ripeness stage combined with years of experience in the fermentation and drying process.Only the local population works during the harvest, forming the core of the community of several small El Tambo villages, which has naturally evolved around the continuous, seasonal cycle of coffee cultivation for generations.Javier FernandezJavier is the son of Don Andres, a producer whose coffees we have already hosted in our brown jars. His farm is just around the corner, and the terrace of the washing station offers such an extraordinary view of the valley and Lake Yojoa that if Bill Gates had visited this place, this very landscape would be world-famous as a Windows desktop wallpaper. The Fernandez family (there is also a second son, Nahun!) is not afraid to play with processing, and thanks to bold experiments, they deliver some of the best lots in all of Santa Barbara year after year. This is an opinion, not a fact. But also a fact.ABOUT THE COFFEE BEAN PROCESSING ON THE FARMIn the current Illuminati lineup, we have a combination of washed and honey processing with extended fermentation. El Tambo is a classic washed. Javier Fernandez is a more fermented wild card.ROASTER'S OPINIONOnce again, we apply the equation here: very good + very good ≤ very good. In the base, there is deep caramel sweetness and plenty of jammy fruitiness, the dark-blue, forest kind. And as a joker, a winey-tropical honey. 21st-century synergy. An espresso shot of this is pure goodness. Illuminati offers greater complexity than a classic Brazil. At the same time, it is very sweet, slightly fruity, and goes down well solo or with milk. Balance and a pleasant, yet in no way overpowering acidity – that is our main plan for this blend!Store in a cold and dry space.

Hi! Coffeedesk - Juicy Monster Ground Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: HI! COFFEEDESK

Roasting date: 12.08.2026

Ground specialty coffee from Kenya. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of black currants, grapefruit, red currant, tea and brown sugar.Origin: KenyaRegion: KirinyagaFarm: Kiamutuira Washing Station / Mutira Cooperative SocietyVariety: SL28, SL34, BatianProcessing: WashedAltitude: 1650–1700 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE FARMKiamutuira is a factory (washing station) in the Kirinyaga region, belonging to the Mutira Cooperative Society. The factory itself has been operating since 1996, and the cooperative has been a part of Kenyan coffee history since 1951. The coffee comes from approximately 600 smallholders, with the average farm measuring just 0.1 ha. Small scale. Great precision. The crops are situated at an altitude of 1,650–1,700 meters above sea level, near the forest boundary of Mount Kenya. The soils are volcanic, and macadamia trees appear among the shade trees. Tea is also grown in the region, which reflects the climate of the area well: high, green, humid, with excellent conditions for the slow ripening of cherries. The coffee is processed using the washed method, so we expect cleanliness, high acidity, and classic Kenyan juiciness.ROASTER'S OPINIONThis is Kenya in a good, precise style. High acidity, plenty of juiciness, a clean profile, and that exact character you look for in Kirinyaga. Blackcurrant, citrus, tea. Zero randomness. A coffee like this does not need stories about magic. It needs a good recipe.Store in a dry and cool place.
