This profile is shaped by the high-altitude region of Tarrazú, long recognized as one of the finest coffee-growing areas in Costa Rica. The beans come from producers affiliated with the CoopeTarrazú cooperative, specifically from the La Pastora farm. Processed using the washed method, they retain a clean, elegant character, keeping the sweetness of chocolate and the juiciness of red fruits in perfect balance.
We chose this coffee because it is a great alternative to classic Brazilian espresso. It still offers plenty of sweetness and a comforting body, but adds more freshness, fruitiness, and complexity.
