Our coffee comes from the Finca Medina farm, which has specialized in growing specialty coffee for 150 years. This is where both the coffee trees grow and the processing station is located, where the coffees mainly undergo washed and natural processing.It is particularly important to the farm owners to provide good working conditions for their employees. They place great emphasis on maintaining awareness of the need to care for the environment and on controlling all processes that impact the high quality of the coffee.
ABOUT THE VARIETY
The coffee we are presenting to you today consists of beans of the Bourbon and Caturra botanical varieties. It has undergone natural processing, and thanks to the high density of the beans, it is characterized by good sensory complexity along with the typical characteristics of coffees from this processing method.
BREWING RECOMMENDATION: 7 g / 100 ml, Drip V60 02, water temp.: 93°C, 25 clicks, brewing time: 3 - 4 min / 600 ml.
