Dworzysk Duchowe Łąki is a loose herbal tea. Herbal mixture for general well-being. Drinking this infusion will strengthen your body and spirit. All herbs contained in it contain vitamins and mineral salts that strengthen the body. Nettle, sage, red clover, marigold and thyme have a calming effect on the nervous system and reduce the symptoms of stress. Pine buds, elderberries, sage, clover, thyme support the body in cases of upper respiratory tract infections. The mixture can be used to prepare a decoction for inhalation. Calendula has a protective effect on the stomach, cornflower stimulates liver function, and horsetail strengthens it. According to folk medicine, all herbs contained in the mixture regulate the functioning of the digestive system and facilitate digestion.Brewing method:HOT INFESION FOR DRINKING. Pour boiling water over a teaspoon of the herb (approx. 250 ml), cover and steep for 5 minutes. After brewing, set aside to cool for 3-5 minutes. We recommend brewing the mixture directly in the cup, without an infuser. Pine buds and elderberries release their aroma for a long time, and left in a cup while drinking improve the taste of the infusion. Brewing under cover and stirring the infusion after brewing causes the herbs to fall to the bottom of the cup.COLD HERBAL LEMONADE. Pour boiling water over two tablespoons of the herb (approx. 250 ml) and infuse covered for 15 minutes. When the infusion cools down, strain the herbs and fill it up to a liter with cold water. The infusion tastes best well chilled, you can add ice cubes. It also tastes good with honey.COLD BREW. Pour two heaping tablespoons of the mixture with 1 liter of cold water and leave in the refrigerator overnight. During the night, the flowers open up and release their aroma, which enters into the tea. The following day they are replaced with new buds. Our Jasmine Green were flavoured this way as many as 3 times!However, the main aspect of jasmine tea is not just the natural flavouring process, but the leaves themselves. Our tea’s leaves are from a high-altitude ao Feng green tea, which has a gentle, fresh taste. The flavouring process took place in early summer, after which the tea was immediately vacuum-packed and sent over.
