Amber Heart is a fermented shu pu-erh tea (ripe), where the typical earthiness is complemented by an unusual sweetness. The infusion is smooth and warming, with notes of wood and warming spices. We named it Amber Heart because of the dark golden color of the infusion and the unusual shape of the leaves: small nuggets formed like hearts.
