Mix 1–2 g of matcha with 100 ml of water at 70–80°C or prepare it cold. Stir well.
Storage
Store in a dry place, away from light and strong odors.
Where does Aloha Matcha come from?
Our matcha comes from the Jingshan region in the Yuhang district, located on the northeastern slopes of the Tianmu Mountains — an area recognized as one of the finest tea-growing zones. This is the birthplace of the famous Jingshan Tea, and for centuries the region has been a symbol of the highest quality in tea culture.
Jingshan
Jingshan is the historical cradle of matcha. It was here that Lu Yu, known as the “Sage of Tea,” wrote the classic The Classic of Tea. The traditional Jingshan Tea Banquet also originated in this very place and later had a profound influence on the Japanese tea ceremony.
Drawing from this heritage, Aloha Matcha connects ancient tradition with modern technology.
