Frozen Peak is a slightly darker, a bit more heavily roasted oolong from Taiwan. Compared to the classic Golden Lily, its infusion offers more warm sweetness and richer roasted flavors, along with a deep, pure gold color.
Repeated roasting at very low temperatures gives the tea luscious aromas of caramelized nuts and honey, while still preserving the charming floral character for which Taiwanese teas are renowned.
