Light roast – perfect for pour-over brewing methods such as drip, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, batch brewers, and other alternative methods. In the cup, you’ll find notes of red fruits, apple, flowers and strawberry.Origin: ColombiaRegion: Pitalito, HuilaFarm: Los LagosProcessing method: Washed (fermented)Variety: GeshaAltitude: 1850 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE FARMLos Lagos is located in Colombia, in the Huila region, in the municipality of Pitalito, in the village of Filo de Chillurco, at an altitude of 1,850 meters above sea level. The farm covers 6 hectares, 5 of which are dedicated to coffee cultivation, and the trees in this lot are around four years old.The farm is managed by Vladimir and his family, and the entire process, from harvesting to drying, takes place on-site and under their direct supervision. The harvest season runs from April to December and is based on selective hand-picking to maintain consistent quality and uniformity of the cherries.ABOUT THE COFFEEGesha is a variety strongly associated with exceptional quality and a very high sensory potential when grown at high altitudes. It is also a low-yield variety, which means that even with high demand, it remains genuinely limited on the market. For years it has consistently won the most prestigious coffee competitions and achieved record-breaking results at international auctions. This lot is processed using a washed method with extended, controlled fermentation. The harvest is done manually and selectively, in cycles roughly every 20 days, using only fully ripe cherries. After harvesting, the cherries ferment in bags for about 12 hours. They are then transferred to a hopper, where the initial oxidation stage is completed. The coffee then undergoes flotation, followed by depulping and an extended fermentation of approximately 200 hours in tanks or vats. After fermentation, the coffee is washed using either a portable washing unit or an Ecomill system. It is then dried on raised beds for 15–17 days and stabilized in GrainPro bags for 10–15 days. The final step is careful sorting to remove defects and ensure the highest physical quality of the beans.ROYAL BEANSWhat’s behind the name Royal Beans? Rooibos infusion by HAYB. Its leaves resemble pine needles. Rooibos is not tea plant, therefore the infusion does not contain caffeine or tannins. The green rooibos comes from the same plant as the red rooibos, it differs only in the way the leaves are processed after harvest. Green rooibos is not fermented, so its infusion is lighter, with hints of citrus. The infusion is golden in colour, with a distinctive and spicy aroma. Thanks to the presence of red and white pepper and ginger, the taste of the brew is slightly spicy, but leaves some sweetness on the tongue. You can infuse it twice, with longer second brewing. The taste of the next infusion becomes milder, with notes of vanilla and lemon.Due to its spicy taste, it works very well in the fall and winter season. For warmer days, we recommend cold brewing - the brew prepared in this way will be very refreshing!Ingredients: Green rooibos, lemon, red pepper, white pepper, cloves, mango, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, rose flowers, cactus flowers.May contain traces of nuts.tore in a cold and dry space.

Acidity? Calm, only lightly present, rather than stealing the show. If we had to sum it up in one word? Harmonious. The beans come from T’xayalaj, a small family-run farm in Huehuetenango, managed by Maria Perez Morales. Maria and her husband bought the land around a dozen years ago. When Diego left to find work abroad, she took over the farm and began developing it together with their children. Under her leadership, the farm produced its first specialty lots. While each of Guatemala’s eight coffee regions contains countless microclimates, each with its own character, Maria’s coffee reflects what we value most in classic washed Guatemalas: a comfort cup you can keep coming back to without overthinking it.Store in a cold and dry space.

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by Hard Beans from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the notes of peach, red currant and vanilla.Origin: ColombiaRegion: HuilaVariety: Tabi, Yellow ColombiaFarm: Finca El Diviso / Finca Las FloresProcessing: WashedAltitude: 1700 – 1900 m a. s. l.ABOUT THE COFFEEThis is a blend of green beans from two farms in Pitalito, Huila: Finca El Diviso run by Nestor Lasso and Finca Las Flores run by Johan Vergara. These are names that genuinely matter on the competition scene. Coffees from El Diviso have won the World Barista Championship, and lots from Johan Vergara regularly appear in the routines of world-class competitors. In practice, this means one thing: the raw material is predictable, clean, and produced to meet the highest standards. This is a deliberate combination of two varieties. Tabi brings structure and elegance, often expressed as a more tea-like clarity and a stable, citrus-fruit acidity, while Yellow Colombia adds sweetness and juicy, ripe fruit character.Formally, this is a washed coffee, but processed in a way that strongly shapes the flavor profile. First, the fermentation is two-stage: an initial aerobic phase, followed by anaerobic submersion, designed to emphasize stone fruit notes (peach, apricot) rather than heavy, wine-like flavors. Second, after fermentation the coffee undergoes controlled hot/cold quenching, meaning contact with hot and cold water to stop the process at the right moment and preserve aromatic clarity. This is followed by natural drying under cover for greater stability and reduced risk of overheating, finished with mechanical drying in a silo, and at least 10 days of resting before final preparation.RECIPERatio: 60 g coffee per 1 liter of waterWater temperature: 93°CGrind size: Medium-coarseBrew time: 3:30 minutesMethod: Pour the water in five equal pours (for example, 5 × 60 g) at 30-second intervals.Allow the water to fully drain through the coffee between pours. If the water flows too slowly or too quickly, adjust the grind size coarser or finer.Remember to use soft, filtered water.Store in a cold and dry space.

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Kenya and Ethiopia, roasted in Poland by COFFEE PLANT. Dark roast, perfect for espresso, coffee machines, and moka pots. You can expect hints of red fruits, stone fruits and fresh citrus.Country: Kenya, EthiopiaRegion: Nyeri, GujiVarietal: SL28, SL34, HeirloomProcessing: Natural/Fully washedAltitude: 1620-2230 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEThis coffee was designed for espresso tonic — juicy, refreshing, and distinct enough to hold its own when combined with tonic water. Its profile features red fruits, stone fruits, and subtle citrus, which together build a fresh, fruity character.Washed processed Kenya brings clear, citrusy energy and structure, ensuring the espresso remains distinct even after mixing with tonic. Natural processed Ethiopia adds sweetness and an intense, fruity dimension — ranging from juicy red fruits to ripe stone fruits. The espresso itself is full of energy, clean, and naturally sweet, with a clear freshness in the background. When combined with tonic, the beverage becomes even lighter and more crisp — citrus notes boost the refreshment, fruity sweetness balances the dryness, and the whole composition results in a juicy, clear, and highly drinkable profile.ROASTER'S OPINIONThis coffee was created with espresso tonic in mind — intense, juicy, and bold enough to cut through even when mixed with tonic. Its profile is based on red fruits, stone fruits, and subtle citrus, which together create a fresh, fruity, and crisp character. In combination with tonic, the drink gains fullness and energy. Citrus notes enhance the refreshing effect, fruity sweetness softens the bitterness of the tonic, and the overall experience becomes both juicy and clear. This is exactly the profile expected from a good espresso tonic base — fresh, light, and very drinkable. Perfect for warm days and all moments when you feel like having something truly refreshing.RECIPEEspresso Tonic is a simple yet very refreshing drink, perfect for hot days. Just prepare a tall glass with ice, pour in about 150 ml of tonic, and then gently add a freshly brewed espresso. The result is a light, sparkling drink with a pleasant citrus and coffee character. For extra aroma, you can add a few slices of orange or grapefruit — they will emphasize the freshness and give the drink a more complex flavor profile. For the espresso, a classic recipe works best: 18 g of finely ground coffee to obtain about 35–40 g of brew in approximately 30 seconds. The order is key — tonic first, then espresso. In the reverse version, the drink may foam up excessively and "overflow" from the glass.Store in a dry and cool place.

Specialty-grade whole bean coffee from Costa Rica, roasted by the Warsaw-based roastery HAYB. Behind this project is Johnny Alvarado Abarca, who cultivates coffee in the Brunca region. In this bag, you will find the Villa Sarchi variety, a local mutation of Bourbon known for its elegant acidity and powerful sweetness. The experience is enhanced by the Natural Reposado process – the cherries "rest" in the cold for some time before drying, allowing the sugars from the pulp to maximally penetrate the bean. Thanks to this, the Los Tonos plot offers an incredibly syrupy body and notes of ripe red fruits, while maintaining exemplary brew clarity. It is the perfect balance between a modern approach to fermentation and classic, fruity drinkability that will work great in your drippers.Store in a cold and dry space.

Whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Costa Rica, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of grapefruit, dark chocolate, plum and maple syrup.Origin: Costa RicaFarma: Finca La PromesaProcessing: NaturalVariety: Caturra, Red CatuaiAltitude: 1600 m a. s. l.ABOUT THE FARMIn the La Laguna de Tarrazú region, at an altitude of up to 1,650 meters above sea level, there is a small, carefully managed farm owned by Vanessa Jiménez and Mario Moreno. The producers focus on precise and responsible coffee processing, aiming to express the character of the local terroir while respecting the natural environment. During the harvest season, the farm employs around 15 people and produces approximately 5.5 tons of coffee annually from just under two hectares, cultivating several botanical varieties processed using different methods.Coffee production at this location comes with challenges such as variable weather conditions and rising operating costs. In response, the owners plan new plantings of varieties better adapted to the local climate, as well as a gradual expansion of their cultivation area. Since 2022, the farm has also been investing in the development of controlled fermentation infrastructure, which is used not only by the owners themselves but also by neighboring producers seeking to improve the quality of their coffees. This offering is another coffee from this farm in our portfolio—this time naturally processed Caturra and Red Catuai from the latest harvest in Costa Rica.ABOUT THE COFFEEAt the farm, every stage of the process is closely monitored and documented, allowing for consistent quality improvements from season to season. This lot was prepared using the natural processing method. Cherries of the Red Catuai and Caturra varieties are first placed in a water bath for flotation, during which selection takes place—only healthy, fully ripe cherries continue to the next stage, while defective fruit is removed. The cherries are then disinfected using ozone to limit the development of undesirable microorganisms. The next step is drying the whole fruit on raised beds typical of African coffee farms, under full sun. This process lasted 28 days and required regular turning of the coffee to ensure even moisture evaporation. The beans ultimately reached a moisture content of 10.5%.After drying, the coffee is placed in GrainPro bags, where it rests and stabilizes for at least one month. The final stage takes place at a dry mill, where the coffee is hulled, sorted by size and density, and subjected to electronic color sorting before shipment.Costa Rican coffees are often associated with pronounced sweetness, typically resulting from honey processing. In this case, however, we are dealing with a naturally processed coffee that dried for an extended period in full sun. The result is a very clean and transparent flavor profile, featuring notes of ripe grapefruit, plum, and dark chocolate. La Laguna stands out with an intense sweetness reminiscent of maple syrup. The body is high and almost oily, while the acidity is low and soft, with a subtle grapefruit accent. Altogether, this creates a smooth, harmonious, and well-balanced coffee.BREW RECIPEUse your preferred brewing method and recipe. Brew this coffee as you normally would, but grind it slightly finer than usual and use water at approximately 95–97°C.Store in a cold and dry space.
