Expect rich fruit, like cherry, raisin, and dried apple, alongside a base of black tea and sweet nougat. A touch of orange zest adds brightness in a deliciously balanced profile.ABOUT THE FARMCelso Minussi was one of the first partners of FAF Coffees. Celso is full of energy and takes care of his coffee plants every day with lots of attention. Through his dedication for the coffee that he’s cultivating he reaches high productivity while ensuring quality lots. On his land, you can find many different varieties growing and Celso loves to experiment and test out less common arabica varieties in the region. He is especially fascinated by the Bourbon variety. Celso is not just passionate about coffee farming, he's also committed to protecting the natural resources on his land. He takes great care to safeguard the springs, ensuring they remain clean and plentiful for future generations. On his entire land, water springs are well protected, by planting trees and shrubs and also allowing natural vegetation to flourish.ABOUT THE PROCESSIn contrast to many commodity focused Brazilian farms, Celso has embraced meticulous hand harvesting. Ripe cherries are picked, sorted, and for our naturally processed lot, slowly dried on drying beds. With the outside fruit of the cherry left intact, this gentle process ensures the development of sweet, aromatic flavour.ROASTER'S OPINIONCelso Minussi began working with our partners FAF in 2008, following their environmental guidance while seeking to produce the highest possible quality. Sweet like dried cherry and nougat, we love this balanced, easy-drinking filter.Store in a cold and dry space.

It's a perfect choice for anyone who doesn't want to give up their favorite coffee, no matter where they are. Discover the convenience and flavor of drip bags today! In this package, you will find coffee from Kenya. Its taste features notes of tomato, caramel, peach and currants. Each box contains 10 sachets, each with 11 g of coffee. The drip bag is an ideal solution for specialty coffee enthusiasts who value convenience and quality. The sachets are lightweight and compact, making them perfect for travel, business trips, and work. All you need is a cup and hot water to enjoy aromatic, pour-over specialty coffee in minutes.Origin: KenyaRegion: NyeriProcessing: Fully washedVariety: SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11Altitude: 1700 m a.s.lABOUT THE COFFEETomato notes take center stage in the aroma, reminiscent of tomato leaves – distinct and very characteristic. They are accompanied by sweet caramel and slightly underripe peach. The flavor profile is even more complex – the tomato character combines with notes of redcurrant, peach, and caramel. The coffee has a high, almost sparkling acidity associated with currants and a clear, slightly umami character that creates its dry twist. The body is high and smooth, and the aftertaste is long and fruity, with a delicate, dry accent. This is a direction you will also see in subsequent coffees from Kenya from this year's harvest.ROASTER'S OPINIONAt the Tegu washing station, the coffee undergoes multi-stage wet processing characteristic of Kenya. After initial selection, the cherries go to the first fermentation stage, which lasts about 24 hours. They are then washed and moved to another fermentation tank. After the pulp is removed, the beans go into washing channels where lighter beans (so-called floaters) are separated, and the heavier ones are thoroughly cleaned of the sticky layer surrounding the bean (mucilage). The next stage is soaking the beans again for about 24 hours. This process promotes the development of amino acids and proteins, which translates into higher acidity and greater complexity of the fruity profile – a key element of Kenyan coffees. Finally, the beans are spread in a thin layer on African beds, where they initially lose some moisture quickly, and are then regularly turned and dried until they reach about 11% moisture. After drying, the coffee is hulled, packed, and undergoes a short stabilization stage before export.RECIPEFrom currant to tomato: in all conditionsOpen the sachet. Remove the filter and tear off the top strip along the line marked OPEN.. Place the filter on the mug. Unfold the paper wings and hook the filter onto the rim of a tall mug.. Pour hot water. Pour hot water (90–95°C) over the filter twice. Pour a total of 160–180 ml in two portions, allowing the water to slowly permeate through the coffee.. Enjoy the taste wherever you are! After brewing is complete, remove the filter from the mug and enjoy wherever you are.Store in a cool, dry place.
Whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Peru, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of green apple, grapes, caramel and cranberry.Origin: PeruRegion: CallayucFarma: La LucumaProcessing: Fully washedVariety: CaturraAltitude: 2250 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE FARMThis coffee comes from Ismeria Leon, who manages a 2-hectare farm in the village of Santa Teresa, situated at an impressive altitude of 2250 m a.s.l. Such extreme conditions — high sun exposure combined with cool temperatures — promote slow fruit ripening and the development of high-quality Arabica. The farm is located in the Callayuc region, within the Cutervo province (Cajamarca), one of the historical coffee-growing areas in northern Peru. This terrain stretches from approximately 690 to over 2800 m a.s.l., creating incredibly diverse microclimates — from fertile valleys to humid, tropical zones with high biodiversity.Ismeria Leon, like other local producers, manages her crops in strict harmony with nature, utilizing naturally fertile soils and favorable climatic conditions. The area also features characteristic landscape elements, such as the Viluco waterfall and the Cerro Pabellon mountains and the Cordillera del Wissus range, which contribute to the region's unique ecosystem. It is this combination of altitude, climate, and biodiversity that gives Callayuc coffee its distinct, complex, and characteristic profile.ROASTER'S OPINIONThe location of the La Lucuma farm is truly exceptional — over 2200 m a.s.l. is an altitude rarely encountered in Peruvian coffee cultivation. These extreme conditions favor slow fruit maturation and the building of a complex flavor profile. The Caturra variety is also not among the most common there — it accounts for about 20% of total coffee production in Peru, which makes lots of this type even more interesting and unique. Peru as an origin is often underestimated and overlooked by consumers, which is why we regularly try to include at least one coffee from this country in our offer. This time, it is the beans from Ismeria Leon.In the aroma, the coffee is fresh and fruity — green apple clearly dominates, complemented by delicate cranberry and caramel sweetness. On the palate, the profile remains very consistent: juicy apple appears in the foreground, enveloped in caramel, with hints of cranberry and grape. The whole has a medium, round body and low, smooth acidity reminiscent of an unripe apple. The sweetness is high and caramelly, and the aftertaste is medium-long, pleasantly sweet, and balanced. This is a coffee with very good balance and a clean profile — definitely an example of how good Peru can be.RECIPEWe recommend brewing this coffee using a dripper — from Hario or Origami. Due to the very high density of the beans, we recommend a finer grind than usual, a longer brewing time, and a temperature around 96 degrees Celsius.Store in a dry and cool place.

It is a hilly region with an average altitude of 1,500-1,800 meters above sea level, rich in volcanic soils. The Nyagishiru station is owned and managed by Matsitsi Trading Coffee SU (MATRACO). Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by Heresy. Dark roast, perfect for espresso, coffee machines, and moka pots. You can expect hints of caramel, chocolate, hazelnut and red fruits.Country: ColombiaRegion: TolimaFarm: Elias & Shady BayterProcessing: WashedMethod of decaffeination: SugarcaneAltitude: 1500 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 86 / 100ABOUT THE FARM AND THE COFFEE PRODUCEREl Vergel is a relatively young farm, as its very first harvest took place just 10 years ago. However, the Bayter family has rapidly transformed the plantation into one of the most advanced in the industry in terms of complex processing and cultivating a whole range of select, highly sought-after botanical varieties, such as Geisha, Pink Bourbon, Laurina, or Pacamara.Currently, El Vergel is conducting continuous research on bacteria and yeast to achieve even greater precision in controlling fermentation, and consequently, modulating flavor. In addition to coffee production, the Bayters are the force behind Forest, a company involved in both the export and import of green coffees, which means we were able to purchase this coffee directly, without any intermediaries.ABOUT THE COFFEE PROCESSING ON THE FARMThe Caturra variety, hand-picked, processed as washed, and decaffeinated using the sugarcane method with ethyl acetate, which reduces the caffeine content to approximately 0.1%.ROASTER'S OPINIONHonest truth – in a blind tasting, we would have trouble realizing this is a decaf. It tastes like top-tier, classic washed Colombias. Distinct, crisp fruit, but in espresso, it offers primarily high sweetness and plenty of chocolatey notes in the aftertaste. Top-notch!Store in a cool and dry place.

Notes of blackcurrant, plum, and mandarin are juicy and vibrant. Caramel, syrupy sweetness, and black tea add depth as it cools.ABOUT THE FARMGachami Factory is located in the famous coffee growing region of Kirinyaga. It is owned by Baragwi Farmer Cooperative Society (FCS), one of the largest cooperatives in Kenya in terms of both coffee volume and membership. Around 1,200 smallholder farmers deliver cherries to the factory for processing, growing mostly SL28 and SL34 cherries between 1,700 and 1,800 meters above sea level. Farmers typically manage small plots averaging 250 coffee trees, which are usually grown alongside subsistence food crops, fruit trees and other crops.ABOUT THE PROCESSCherries are carefully hand-picked before being delivered to Gachami. At the factory, the cherries are carefully hand-sorted to ensure the highest quality. Only the ripest are selected and pulped. After pulping, the coffee is fermented for 16 to 24 hours. The parchment is then washed through grading channels using clean water before being soaked in clean, circulating water for around 24 hours. Recent research has shown that the step also has added benefit to the coffee’s final quality and longevity, adding clarity to the cup. After soaking, the coffee is delivered to dry on raised beds, where it will be turned regularly and covered during the hottest part of the day and evenings to ensure even drying. Typical drying time is 15 to 21 days, depending on the weather.ROASTER'S OPINIONA New Season Is Here! A special moment every year, the latest Kenyan harvest has just arrived in Berlin. From the famous region of Kirinyaga, bright fruit and syrupy sweetness make Gachami a must-try filter.Store in a cold and dry space.

In the cup, you can expect the hints of dried apricot, muscovado and rice tea.Origin: BrazilRegion: Cerrado MineiroFarm: Fazenda Vivir CaféVariety: Red CatuaíProcessing: Induced FermentationAltitude: 1100 m a.s.l.Brazil from the Veloso sisters is a proper sweet one for filter: sticky and dessert-like. Just right over a few ice cubes when you feel like a cold coffee that leans more sweet than fruity and juicy. You won’t find high acidity or a citrusy kick here. Instead, there are notes of dried fruit, like sweet apricot, alongside the darker, deeper sweetness of muscovado sugar. The finish reminds us of rice tea: gently toasted, smooth, with a pleasantly sticky texture.ABOUT THE FARMBehind this coffee are Virgínia and Viviane Veloso, sisters and co-founders of Vivir Café. Their family has been working with coffee in Cerrado Mineiro for over 50 years, and today they produce coffee across six farms, focusing on specialty Arabica, quality and a more conscious approach to farming. It is located in a beautiful spot, right by the shore of the popular Lake Kivu. The cherries are delivered here by around 1,500 small producers who cultivate red bourbon, a classic variety for this country, in the surrounding mountains. Each of the producers owns a maximum of a few hectares of farmland, so we have here, as almost always in the case of this part of the world, a large but incredibly consistent blend of the same varietal.ABOUT THE COFFEE BEAN PROCESSING ON THE FARMRed bourbon variety, hand-picked by around 1,500 small producers and delivered to the mill on the same day. The seed is separated from the fruit while retaining a distinct layer of pulp and is dried this way on raised beds for about 25 days.ROASTER'S OPINIONA classic, almost immortal Rwandan profile, this time in a honey version. It does most of the work here: providing chocolate, nut, sweetness, and a calm body. An espresso classic. Without edgy acidity. Without pretending that morning coffee needs to be a research project.ABOUT THE COFFEEThe Brazil comes from the Mogiana region and is naturally processed. In the blend, it is responsible for the base: milk chocolate, hazelnut, cocoa, and a smooth profile. Peru Negrisa, making up 20% of the mix, adds a bit of freshness. It is a washed Typica, hand-picked and sun-dried, featuring a citric acidity, smooth body, and notes of stone fruits. The result is simple: the espresso is meant to be sweet, full-bodied, and suitable for everyday life, but not flat.ROASTER'S OPINIONESKO! is a coffee for everyday espresso. The kind that is supposed to work in the morning, in the afternoon, and whenever the espresso machine is already waiting and you just don't feel like analyzing life. Brazil provides the foundation: chocolate, nut, and body. Peru throws in a touch of fruit and a cleaner finish. Very good solo. Very good with milk. Straightforward.Store in a dry and cool place.

The small scale makes it possible to focus on the highest possible quality. Manual harvesting, precise monitoring of fermentation conditions, and bean drying make the Gutiérrez family's coffees reach the highest level of specialty. In the bag, you will find our favorite type of coffee experiment. The Kenyan SL28 variety grown in Costa Rica. Whole-bean specialty coffee from Tanzania, roasted in Warsaw by CoffeeLab. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of rhubarb, red grapefruit and tea.Origin: TanzaniaRegion: SongweFarm: ItumpiVariety: N 39, KT 423 (peaberry)Processing: WashedAltitude: 1500 – 1700 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEThey are already here! Just as the warm weather has settled in for good, the first fresh harvests from Africa are starting to arrive. Itumpi from Tanzania clearly reminds us why we value coffees from this part of the continent: crisp, juicy brews with a large dose of freshness. In taste, Itumpi leans towards green-red rhubarb and pink grapefruit. The acidity is distinct and pleasantly juicy. In mouthfeel, the coffee is light, tea-like, and clean, with a crisp finish that practically begs to be brewed over ice.The enigmatic PB stands for peaberry. It refers to a natural anomaly where, instead of two flat beans, a single, smaller, and rounder bean develops inside the coffee cherry. Sometimes overlooked, though completely unfairly, because it can yield a very intense, concentrated flavor. It was this intensity that stole our taste buds from among the other grades. The raw material comes from the Itumpi cooperative in the Mbozi district, Songwe region. About 160 local producers operate here, cultivating coffee at an altitude of 1500–1700 meters above sea level. Since 2019, the cooperative has been producing fully washed coffees using their own wet mill. With such a crisp, acidic profile, this method fits like a glove.Store in a dry and cool place.

The local producers cultivate coffee at altitudes reaching up to 2,200 meters above sea level, and the station itself is located at 1,850 meters above sea level.Fun fact: a peculiar aspect of this coffee is that its "unique profile" is partly attributed to the indigenous honeybees inhabiting the Nyungwe forest and its surrounding areas, where the crops are grown. Bee-assisted pollination, fertile humus-sandy soil, and a cool climate resulting from the proximity of Lake Kivu all contribute to the flavor of this coffee.Store in a cool and dry place.

Distinct, crisp fruit, high sweetness, chocolatey notes in the aftertaste. Top-notch!Store in a cool and dry place.
