As a result, the coffee retains its organoleptic properties, comparable to regular coffee. Ethyl acetate residues are minimal, and due to its natural presence in coffee beans and its harmlessness to health, this process is entirely safe.Coffee is packed in a protective atmosphere using nitrogen which further reduces the possibility of oxidation.Store in a cold and dry space.
