Dworzysk Dobrego Dnia is a herbal infusion for a good start of the day. It can be used to prepare hot or cold infusion or bath decoction. Rosemary and black currant stimulate circulation. Lavender has a calming effect. Nettle root and sunflower petals improve metabolism. According to folk medicine, rosemary, lavender, black currant, nettle and sunflower seeds aid digestion, have a relaxing and astringent effect. This infusion facilitates concentration and strengthens the nervous system and stimulates the circulatory system. It supports the body in states of tension and stress.Ingredients: rosemary leaf, 30% lavender flower, blackcurrant leaf, nettle root, sunflower petals.RECIPESHot drink infusion: Add a flat teaspoon of herbs, pour boiling water (about 250 ml) and let it brew, covered, for 5 minutes.
