Twisted and Lightly Roasted White Tea. Twisted and lightly roasted white tea, which is considered more traditional in Nepal. The leaf first undergoes wilting, then it is twisted and gently roasted. These two steps distinguish it from unprocessed white tea and place it technically between white and green tea. The twisting gives it a more distinct character, while the light roasting seals in a fresh note of greenness within the leaf.
In the dry leaf, morning meadow flowers, geranium, and a note of baked goods. In the brew, it becomes green and aromatic, spicy, as if infused with essential oils, with a spinach base underneath and warm fruits resting quietly in the background.
Oxidation 5 to 10%. It remains fresh from start to finish, concluding with a long, cool finish with a hint of eucalyptus.

HOW TO BREW
Filtered water at 80-85°C, 3-4 grams of tea per 300 ml of water, brew for 2-3 minutes.
PROCESSING METHOD
The leaves are hand-picked and left to wilt, then briefly heated at around 80°C. Next, they are lightly rolled, left for 30 minutes, and finally roasted at temperatures above 130°C.

Twisted and Lightly Roasted White Tea. Twisted and lightly roasted white tea, which is considered more traditional in Nepal. The leaf first undergoes wilting, then it is twisted and gently roasted. These two steps distinguish it from unprocessed white tea and place it technically between white and green tea. The twisting gives it a more distinct character, while the light roasting seals in a fresh note of greenness within the leaf.
In the dry leaf, morning meadow flowers, geranium, and a note of baked goods. In the brew, it becomes green and aromatic, spicy, as if infused with essential oils, with a spinach base underneath and warm fruits resting quietly in the background.
Oxidation 5 to 10%. It remains fresh from start to finish, concluding with a long, cool finish with a hint of eucalyptus.

HOW TO BREW
Filtered water at 80-85°C, 3-4 grams of tea per 300 ml of water, brew for 2-3 minutes.
PROCESSING METHOD
The leaves are hand-picked and left to wilt, then briefly heated at around 80°C. Next, they are lightly rolled, left for 30 minutes, and finally roasted at temperatures above 130°C.
