The third region to join our offering this year, located closest to the border with India. The leaf undergoes light roasting, which is unusual for white tea and leaves a note of baked goods running beneath everything else. In the dry leaf, baked potato and buckwheat honey, followed by vanilla, orchid, guava, and lychee. In the brew, sweet flowers and a round, ripe yellow fruit.
The sweetness is quiet and steady rather than loud, enveloping the entire brew. The finish is floral and long. Complex and a bit unusual, which is precisely why we bought it.

HOW TO BREW
Filtered water at 80-85°C, 3-4 grams of tea per 300 ml of water, brew for 2-3 minutes.
