Black tea for everyday drinking. Sweet and full-bodied, with a distinct red berry acidity and a honey aftertaste. A classic black tea from Sakhejung, Ilam, Nepal, classified as SFTGFOP. Crafted by a grower with whom we have been collaborating for over eight years.
ABOUT THE TEA
This tea is designed for daily drinking, yet it possesses a distinctive structure. Despite relatively deep oxidation, it retains a lively acidity that gives the infusion energy and lightness. A subtle berry crispness emerges alongside natural sweetness, providing a more dynamic profile than one might expect from a classic black tea. The flavor is full and rounded, with honey notes in the aftertaste.

HOW TO BREW
