Crafted from the highest quality leaves with a high proportion of golden tips, it is characterized by depth of flavor, sweetness, and clarity. The flagship black tea from Sakhejung, Ilam, Nepal. Crafted by a grower with whom we have been collaborating for over eight years.
ABOUT THE TEA
The flavor profile is characterized by deep notes of cocoa and a sweetness reminiscent of dates, built on a full yet clear structure. Generous golden tips give it a smooth texture and subtle balance.
Rich yet precise, the tea demonstrates depth without heaviness and sweetness without excess. A distinct and balanced flavor of high-altitude Nepalese black tea.

How to Brew
Filtered water at 92–95°C, 3–4 grams of tea per 300 ml of water, brew for 2–3 minutes.
