HAYB has transferred flavour profiles known from Single Origin Specialty coffees to dark chocolate bars. Here you have a washed Kenya – Fruity/Berry in full swing. Dried currants and cranberries melt on the tongue, and the coffee leaves a pleasant finish.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla extract) freeze-dried fruits 8% in variable proportions (cranberries, black currant). Ground coffee 1%, cocoa mass min. 70%.
