ABOUT THE COFFEE
I had some concerns that we reserved too much coffee from the Bench Maji farm, but these coffees are simply delicious. Archetypes of coffees from Ethiopia. A point of reference. Ben - our importer - alongside the name Bench Maji for the farm where this coffee comes from, also uses the name Geisha Farm. This is because local farmers grow mostly this botanical variety. Check out the effect of their effort by brewing this lot. The coffee has an intensely tropical taste thanks to the processing method – anaerobic fermentation with limited oxygen access, which lasted 96 hours. This, combined with a very clean and juicy botanical variety that is geisha, gives a taste so full and fruity that it is hard to stop drinking this coffee. We should include a leaflet here like in a medicine box – you do this at your own risk, do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
