Oolong tea, otherwise known as turquoise, blue or emerald tea. During processing, it is partially oxidized (it belongs to semi-fermented teas).
Drought of heterogeneous color, in shades from olive green to brown; curled leaves. A light, slightly golden, straw-colored infusion. Perceptible toasty notes in the aroma. The infusion tastes clean, full, delicate, light and sweet. We recommend brewing several times; tastes best after two or three extractions!
