Whole-bean specialty coffee from Tanzania, roasted in Warsaw by CoffeeLab. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of rhubarb, red grapefruit and tea.Origin: TanzaniaRegion: SongweFarm: ItumpiVariety: N 39, KT 423 (peaberry)Processing: WashedAltitude: 1500 – 1700 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEThey are already here! Just as the warm weather has settled in for good, the first fresh harvests from Africa are starting to arrive. Itumpi from Tanzania clearly reminds us why we value coffees from this part of the continent: crisp, juicy brews with a large dose of freshness. In taste, Itumpi leans towards green-red rhubarb and pink grapefruit. The acidity is distinct and pleasantly juicy. In mouthfeel, the coffee is light, tea-like, and clean, with a crisp finish that practically begs to be brewed over ice.The enigmatic PB stands for peaberry. It refers to a natural anomaly where, instead of two flat beans, a single, smaller, and rounder bean develops inside the coffee cherry. Sometimes overlooked, though completely unfairly, because it can yield a very intense, concentrated flavor. It was this intensity that stole our taste buds from among the other grades. The raw material comes from the Itumpi cooperative in the Mbozi district, Songwe region. About 160 local producers operate here, cultivating coffee at an altitude of 1500–1700 meters above sea level. Since 2019, the cooperative has been producing fully washed coffees using their own wet mill. With such a crisp, acidic profile, this method fits like a glove.Store in a dry and cool place.
Whole-bean specialty coffee from Burundi, roasted by Trigger roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of sweet citrus, black tea and caramel.WHO IS THIS COFFEE FOR?For fans of sweet filter coffees without any fuss. This coffee is for you if you like bright, elegant pour-overs, but are not necessarily looking for a sensory rollercoaster before breakfast. Kibingo offers sweet citrus, caramelly smoothness, and a tea-like finish, so it will work well in a V60, Chemex, batch brew, and Aeropress. Everyday, but not boring. A bit like a good routine, just tastier.Country: BurundiRegion: KayanzaFarm: Kibingo washing stationProducer: 1 739 smallholders / Greenco CoffeeProcessing: HoneyAltitude: 1 700–1 900 m a.s.l.Variety: Red BourbonABOUT THE COFFEEThe Kibingo station in Kayanza, northern Burundi, serves 1,739 farmers from 18 hills at an altitude of 1,700–1,900 m a.s.l. Red Bourbon cherries are hand-picked by families, floated, and sorted before pulping. Honey process – part of the mucilage remains on the parchment, followed by drying on raised beds for 2–3 weeks. Each lot is evaluated by the Greenco cupping team, and every bean is sorted by hand at the Budeca mill. IMPACT certified – the purchase supports the Livestock for Living Income project.ROASTER'S OPINIONKibingo is a classic Burundian honey with a sweet, structured, and very approachable profile. Sweet citrus and caramel bring warmth and brightness, while black tea provides structure and a clean, long finish. The cup is smooth, balanced, and easy to read, with a natural sweetness tying it all together. Expressive yet calm and highly drinkable – a great everyday coffee.RECIPEIt works best as filter coffee when you are looking for something sweet, balanced, and easy for daily brewing. Use a V60, Chemex, or batch brew, grind medium-coarse, and brew with water at 92–94°C to preserve the caramel sweetness and citrus brightness without losing the tea-like structure. In an AeroPress, the coffee becomes slightly fuller and rounder – the note of caramel steps into the foreground, and the body becomes a bit richer. Still clean, just more compact and warming. As it cools, the black tea character becomes more distinct and the citrus sweetness more noticeable – the cup gets smoother and more elegant. A great choice for daily brewing that remains consistent and satisfying.Store in a cool, dry place.Store in a cold and dry space.
Whole-bean specialty coffee from Burundi, roasted in Warsaw by CoffeeLab. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of blackberry, black tea and apricot.Origin: BurundiRegion: MuyingaVariety: BourbonProcessing: WashedAltitude: 1700 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEAnother fresh harvest from Luis, and just like every year, it does not disappoint. This season, we went for the Aji variety, already warmly received by you, which struck us with its transparency. We got a proper strawberry punch straight to the taste buds, and we are still recovering from that fruity knockout. In the cup, the strawberry was the main thing: fresh, but also a little more jammy. At times, we had the impression of those yoghurt-and-strawberry chocolates appearing in the flavour too. There is no doubt that a lot is going on here, and sensory boredom is not really an option. We completed the flavour profile with notes of mango and sea buckthorn to highlight the fresh, soft sweetness and intense acidity that stays with us long after the last sip. In truth, the range of associations was almost endless, so we narrowed it down to the notes that stood out the most and best captured this juicy, ripe fruitiness.ABOUT THE VARIETYWe write the variety simply as Aji, though its fuller name is Bourbon Aji. The name comes from… a pepper. Farmers in southern Huila noticed the distinctive aroma of the cherries, reminiscent of a small chilli pepper. Here comes the plot twist, though: genetic testing has shown that it is not a direct descendant of classic Bourbon, but a variety of Ethiopian origin.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGThe coffee and its processing come from Luis Marcelino of Aroma Nativo in Pitalito. The name Hydro Honey may sound fancy, but it is not just a pretty label. Behind it stands a specific, multi-stage process. Only the ripest cherries go into processing, first fermenting in a controlled anaerobic environment. The coffee is then depulped and pre-dried. Later, it returns to the tanks for a rehydration stage with selected yeasts and bacteria, before moving to raised beds, where it dries for up to 26 days. Finally, it goes through three months of stabilisation under controlled conditions. This is exactly the process that helps build an equally layered profile: intense, juicy and long-lasting.Store in a cold and dry space.

From other continents too, but at this moment – from Africa the most. Warmth, sunshine, nothing left to do but sip these juicy coffees day after day. These beans come from the Iloma AMCOS cooperative in the Songwe region of Tanzania. 391 farmers deliver coffee to this cooperative. They cultivate coffee at an altitude between 1800 and 1900 meters above sea level on fertile volcanic soils. The cherries are processed using the washed method – after harvesting, they go straight to the station, where they spend about 24 hours in water, and then dry for 11–14 days.In the cup, the coffee is like juice. Notes of redcurrants and lemongrass. Coffee first appeared in the territories of modern-day Tanzania in the 16th century, initially in the Bukoba region, where local varieties were grown even before the colonial period. Currently, Tanzania produces an average of about 50–70 thousand tons of coffee per year, mostly Arabica.I am no coffee prophet, but I have a hot take that Tanzania is the new Kenya. What do you think?Store in a dry and cool place.
Decaf whole-bean specialty coffee from Ethiopia, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of flowers, honey and citrus fruits.Origin: EthiopiaRegion: GujiProcessing: NaturalMethod of decaffeination: CO2Variety: HeirloomAltitude: 1500-2200 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE REGIONThe Guji region has for years been one of the most valued coffee-growing areas in Ethiopia. The beans come from smallholders whose plantations are located at altitudes ranging from 1,500 to 2,200 meters above sea level. In the shade of native trees, the cherries ripen more slowly, developing the clarity of flavor, floral aromas, and natural sweetness characteristic of this region.ABOUT PROCESSING AND DECAFFEINATIONAfter being processed using the natural method, the coffee underwent decaffeination using carbon dioxide (CO₂). This is one of the gentlest caffeine removal methods, allowing the beans to retain their original character and most of the compounds responsible for taste and aroma. The result is a cup with distinct floral notes, natural sweetness, and citrus freshness – exactly what the best coffees from Guji are known for, just without the caffeine.ROASTER'S OPINIONJust a few years ago, decaf coffee and Ethiopia rarely appeared in the same sentence. Today, you no longer have to choose between your favorite origin and limiting your caffeine intake. Ethiopia Guji Decaf proves that decaffeinated coffee can delight just as much as its classic version – with full flavor, clarity in the cup, and a characteristic origin profile. In the cup, you will find subtle floral notes, the natural sweetness of honey, and the juicy freshness of citrus. It is a light, harmonious, and extremely pleasant composition in which every element perfectly complements the whole. The flavors are clearly defined, but none dominates – instead, they create an elegant, balanced whole. This is one of those coffees where it's easy to forget you're drinking decaf. It doesn't try to impress with intensity or a heavy body. It delights with delicacy, clarity, and natural sweetness, making it great for any time of day. It's a coffee you want to return to – not because it shouts with flavor, but because it leaves behind an exceptionally pleasant memory.Store in a cool, dry place.

It is created in cooperation with Gemechu Shonora and local producers, from whom we have been ordering coffee since 2024. We recommend it primarily for filter brewing methods, where its complexity and delicacy are most pronounced. The coffee comes from the Oromia, Guji region in Ethiopia and was produced by Gemechu Shonora in cooperation with around 500 smallholder farmers. The crops are situated at an altitude of 1900 to 2200 meters above sea level, and the dominant varieties are Kurume and other local varieties characteristic of this region. The name Harruu Bunnaqaa originates from the Oromo language. "Harruu" means a large shade tree, under which Oromo community meetings traditionally took place, while "Bunnaqaa" is related to sharing coffee. Harruu Bunnaqaa is also a historical site in Guji, where local Oromo leaders would meet to jointly celebrate peace, blessings, and coffee.Coffees from this area stand out for their exceptional complexity and aromatic intensity, resulting primarily from the high altitude of the crops and very fertile soils. The sensory profile frequently features herbal, floral, and spicy notes, along with fresh accents reminiscent of hops or citrus. This lot offers a flavor profile with notes of blueberry, vanilla, and lemongrass, with a distinct, crisp texture. This coffee performs particularly well in filter brewing methods.Store in a dry and cool place.

In the meantime, further deliveries arrive to maintain the workflow until approximately 19:00. After the pulp is removed, the beans are sorted by density in water channels into different grades: P1, P2, P3, lighter fractions, and so-called "pods" (the lowest grade). The coffee then ferments for 12–24 hours, after which it is thoroughly washed and soaked for another 8–12 hours.
