It sounds exotic, and that is exactly how it hits the nose.Given that two-thirds of the portion is tea, the dose can be increased to about 2.5–3 grams per 100 milliliters of water. The temperature should be around 80°C, with a brewing time of 2 minutes.The result is a strongly perfumed infusion, with candied tropical fruits in the foreground and a floral quality mixed with the “typical” green tea flavor in the background. Sweet and intense. On the plus side, there is no artificial, cloying aftertaste, the kind you get from eating aspartame with a spoon, which is characteristic of cheap blends. Pleasant, neat, and completely unpretentious.The second infusion is already much less intense, though the fruit still takes center stage. The whole setup makes some sense, although it is probably better to brew it once and use the rest for cold brew.
