Green tea by Teasome. Spring Tips is our offer for admirers of the most traditional Chinese green teas. This spring tea is simultaneously very complicated, and yet quite simple and approachable. Its complexity lies primarily in its sophisticated flavour. The fresh flowers that dominate the aroma of the leaves give way to vegetal-fruity flavours during the first brew. All three blend brilliantly into a single entity, as seen in the classic example of Mao Jian tea (as it is known in China).
The tea is also very approachable and undemanding. Anyone who is fond of traditional green teas will also definitely appreciate Spring Tips. The tea’s character is very subdued and never strays into any extremes. Perfect as an everyday, favourite green tea.

How to brew: 5g tea / 250ml water / 80°C temp.
First brew: 2 min / Second brew: 3 min / Third brew: 5 min
Cold brew: 10g tea / 1000ml cold water. Leave in the fridge for 12 hours and stir well.
