Green tea with notes of freshly cut grass and a distinctly astringent structure. Crisp, lively, and intensely green. A classic green tea from the Indo-Nepalese region: rich, expressive, and slightly astringent.
ABOUT THE TEA
Although harvested in early summer, it is characterized by features typical of a first flush. The leaves are left on the bushes slightly longer to gain greater volume and structure, while maintaining the energetic core of spring growth. As a result, the tea gains its strength — an intense astringency, a bright color, and a distinctly perceptible lingering aftertaste.
The dry aroma reveals an unexpected contrast: a rich scent of flowers and notes of yellow fruits rise from the leaves. However, after brewing, these warmer notes are overwhelmed by a wave of crisp freshness — freshly cut grass, crushed green stems, and distinct alpine clarity. The infusion is direct, structured, and decisively green.

ABOUT THE TEA
Although harvested in early summer, it is characterized by features typical of a first flush. The leaves are left on the bushes slightly longer to gain greater volume and structure, while maintaining the energetic core of spring growth. As a result, the tea gains its strength — an intense astringency, a bright color, and a distinctly perceptible lingering aftertaste.
The dry aroma reveals an unexpected contrast: a rich scent of flowers and notes of yellow fruits rise from the leaves. However, after brewing, these warmer notes are overwhelmed by a wave of crisp freshness — freshly cut grass, crushed green stems, and distinct alpine clarity. The infusion is direct, structured, and decisively green.
