Long Jing is an absolute classic of Chinese green teas. It originates from the area around West Lake (Xi Hu) in Zhejiang province and earned the title of imperial tea as early as the Qing dynasty. Chinese people from all over the country love Dragon Well, and the prices of tea from the earliest harvests reach astronomical figures on the tea exchange.
So, what is so special about it? In reality... a great deal. We plan to write a comprehensive article about this tea soon, but in practice, it is enough to simply try it. Our Dragon Well fully captures the characteristics of good quality tea of this type - the distinctive nutty taste, the sweetness of the infusion, and the floral aroma of the leaves. Long Jing is simply a must-try.
