Black Tea & Rose was created in the traditional Chinese way of flavoring tea with fresh flowers. The tea leaves are aged with fresh rose flowers and take over their essential oils. Moreover, both flowers and tea grow in the same bio garden, which is why their flavors combine and penetrate so perfectly. The infusion has an incredibly intense rose flavor, inimitable.
Both tea and rose flowers grow in the same garden - Da Zhang Shan, China. The tea leaves are fermented in the form of a "mini sauna", then the starch turns into sugar and the tea gains a slightly sweet note.
